One of the oldest examinations in India, Engineering Services Examination, declared its result on 13th December, 2011. The examination for engineering services, conducted under the banner of Union Public Service commission, was held in May 2011. After reaching the web page, you need to find your roll number amongst the roll numbers of the selected candidates. In order to make the searching easier, follow these steps:
• Go to the web page
• Type ‘Ctrl’+’F’ on your keyword
• A dialog box will appear on the right hand side of the page. Type your roll number there and press ‘enter’. This will take you to your roll number.

About Engineering Service Examination:
Engineering Service Examinations (ESE) is meant for the services of government. These services include technical and managerial responsibilities which are given to individuals on behalf of government so that they can serve the people of our country. Like other civil services, engineering services also recruits its officials through an examination based completely on merit, and that examination is called ESE. The best man on the basis of merit is selected for the job.
The ESE written examination is of total 1000 marks. Engineering branches like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Electrical and telecommunication are eligible for this examination.
