    Kindly let me know the latest pattern of SBI clerk exam? Also tell me about the latest syllabus?

    SBI clerk Exam Pattern : The
    eligible candidates has to appear for sbi clerk written test and Interview, the
    written test consists five papers, the candidates has to be attend the five
    papers. five papers conducts in objective type. These five papers are,
    1)General Awareness.
    2)General
    English.
    3)Quantitative Aptitude.
    4)Reasoning
    Ability.

    5)Marketing Aptitude / Computer
    Knowledge.

    There is negative marking in written test,
    Negative marks 1/4th mark for each wrong answers. Each candidate for the SBI
    Clerk Exam will need to pass in each of the objective tests separately as well
    as score at least 40% marks (35% marks for SC/ST/PWD/XS) on an aggregate
    basis.
    On the basis of written test merit the candidates
    will be called for interview.

    Question paper contains 5 sections
    1.Reasoning
    2.Numerical ability
    3.General English
    4.computer/Marketing
    5.general awareness

    U should pass in every section.There is 1/4 th negative mark for every wrong answer..time duration is 140 min.

    The syllabus of SBI bank PO exam is
    English Language test: consisting of Grammar, Vocabulary, and Comprehension etc.
    General Awareness, Marketing and Computers Test
    Data Analysis and Interpretation Test
    High Level Reasoning Test
    RS Agarwal, Arihant and all Upkar publication books are very good for preparation for PO. These books cover all the syllabus of SBI bank PO exam.
    For the additional preparation you can take the help of previous SBI PO exam solved papers.

    Exam Pattern of SBI Clerk Exam:

    The questions of the SBI Clerk Written Test are all objective type. The exam consists of the following papers:
    1. Quantitative Aptitude.
    2. General Awareness.
    3. Reasoning Ability.
    4. General English.
    5. Marketing Aptitude / Computer Knowledge.

    There is also a provision for negative marking. For each wrong answer attempted one-fourth mark is deducted.

    The candidates have to score at least 40% marks in aggregate, i.e. , all the tests considered together.
    The percentage required by SC/ST/PWD/XS candidates is 35% in aggregate.

    Eligibility for SBI Clerks :-


    Applicants who are completed 12th examination from a recognized School or equivalent qualification and applicant's must secure at least 60% aggregate marks in their examination OR Applicants who are completed graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent qualification and applicant's must secure at least 40% aggregate marks in their examination.Relaxation is given to the reserved categories the applicant's must secure at least 35 aggregate marks in their examination.

    Applicant's age should be between 18 years and 28 years at the time of appearing for this examination,relaxation is given to the as per Govt.rules.Three years relaxation for OBC categories,Five years relaxation for SC/ST categories and Five years relaxation for PH categories.

    3. English Comprehension (This paper is only qualified in every clerical exam means its marks not included to make merit list)

    6. Clerical Aptitude
    7. General Knowledge

    I have given all the topics which are ask in different bank clerical Exams.
    I will suggest you follow the above topics and well prepared the all the above topics. Because if you follow only SBI Bank exams then if other clerical exam will be come then you have to again prepare that bank exam pattern.
    If you learn all the above topics then you can easily qualify every bank clerical, SSC, Railways, MBA etc. exam easily.

    Hi,<br>The basic thing which you should know is:-1.Age between 18 to 30 years.2.Atleast 55% marks in 10th or 50% marks in 12th,in any faculty.3.Knowledge of computer is very important.The syllabus & exam pattern are as follows:-1.There are all 4 subjects namely:a-Reasoning b.Aptitude test c-English d-General knowledge(Current affairs,Banking sectors computer knowledge. these are the topics for GK)Total time for this is 2 hours& total question will be 200 each questions carrying equal marks & you have to score 40% in each of the subjects separately in order to qualify & there will be one more paper for descriptive(Topics is Essay writing,comprehension,Letters)in this too you have to score 40%.If you qualify in both then you will be calling for interview.

    The exam consist questions on the following topics:
    Aptitude
    Reasoning
    Computer knowledge
    General awareness
    General english
    You have to get minimum qualifying marks in each section.
    There will be story writing to check your knowlede on english
    After completion of written test you will have Group Discussion/ Interview.
    The SBI is going to conduct the exam for clerk post in next year shortly.

    Graduation is basic qualification for bank clerk higher jobs are also available as per qualification
    The selection process contains written test, interview, group discussion. Most banks prefers 60% mark in graduation level. Bank clerk, probationary officer etc are the common job for engineering graduates system administrator, networking and operator jobs are available.
    Check news paper and bank websites for more details and variances.
    Banking exam contains general awareness, aptitude, numerical ability, general English grammar etc
    short listed candidates were selected for interview and group discussion. Good performance in GD and interview is important.
    attending any coaching classes will improve your knowledge and speed of answering.

    sbi entrance exam is conducted by STATE BANK OF INDIA all over the country,its basically to get people employed in clerical jobs,a 10+2 is enough or any basic degree will do for you to apply for the exam with a minimum of 60%score and the exam will be a written exam first then if you qualify in that you can attend the interview and get through it,the questions will be based on the tenth and 12th portions with an inclusion of questions from all the boards like,state board,cbse, icse,and so on,with apptitude based sort of questions.

    The old pattern of SBI exam consists of 4 tests only, But according to the new schema held by State bank of india, There will be 6 Tests.

    1.
    Reasoning Ability
    2. General English
    (Mandatory Subject)

    3. Quantitative Aptitude
    4. General Awareness
    5. Computer /Marketing

    Questions will be of objective type. Each question will have four options. the candidate have to choose one out of the four. There will be negative marking of 1/4 marks for each wrong question. So candidate have to be very careful while marking answer. The exam's duration will be of 140 minutes. The candidate have to pass in each section individually. Aggregate percentage required to qualify the exam is 44%.

    State bank of india Recruitment (special Drive for SC/ST/OBC) and (north eastern area for General Candidate) exam will be held in 18 march 2012

    (Only one paper that is Objective type paper, No Descriptive paper on this time)

    Syllabus
    General Awareness: related to current affair mainly focus on Banking Industry
    General English: conceptual basis like Reading Comprehensive, sentence rearrange, cloze test, common error, spell error, etc
    Quantitative Aptitude: Basic calculation, word problem (easy) and Date Interpretation,
    Reasoning: verbal & non verbal both
    Marketing/Computer Knowledge: basic concept of marketing & marketing

    except of general English will be printed bilingual i.e. English & Hindi

    there will be 0.25 negative Marking

    here is the exam pattern of sbi cleark exam:-
    SBI clerk Exam Pattern : The eligible candidates has to appear for sbi clerk written test and Interview, the written test consists five papers, the candidates has to be attend the five papers. five papers conducts in objective type. These five papers are, 1)General Awareness.
    2)General English.
    3)Quantitative Aptitude.
    4)Reasoning Ability.

    5)Marketing Aptitude / Computer Knowledge. There is negative marking in written test, Negative marks 1/4th mark for each wrong answers. Each candidate for the SBI Clerk Exam will need to pass in each of the objective tests separately as well as score at least 40% marks (35% marks for SC/ST/PWD/XS) on an aggregate basis. On the basis of written test merit the candidates will be called for interview.

    Approved school or equivalent qualifications and the applicant from the 12 tests are completed to the applicants at least 40 to their experimental or recognized University or equivalent qualifications and the applicant in any field of graduate degree completion whom the applicants at least 60% of the total scores will protect their examination.Relaxation the% of total The examination of the applicant scores at least 35 units will be allocated to the total score.

    PH categories will be provided according to the types of relaxation Govt.rules.Three years.
