After ECE Diploma the best option is to go for B.Tech or B.E... You will get admission directly in secound year through lateral entry..
After B.tech you can do job... but if you wis to do job after diploma then you got chance to work in It industry, Educational Institutes or
in mobile service provider.. But you will remain a junior engineer.. So trhe better option is to go for Bachlor degree....
