The eligibility in the iit jee does not depend upon the 10th standard and 11 th standard. you just need minimum 60 percent or above marks in 12th standard and get marks above cut off marks in the jee exam

Re: What is the eligibility criteria for IITJEE exam?

If you are well confident that you will get above 88% in PCM stream, then you are surely eligible for IIT-JEE exam.
Because, for IIT-JEE exam at least 60% marks is required to appear in it.
If you are securing above 88%, then it is very good.

However, for eligibility in IIT-JEE exam, Class 10 and 11 marks are not considered.
Only 10+2 marks are considered for eligibility in IIT-JEE exam.
