    The eligibility criteria for UPSC is :

    eligibility required:-

    you must be a graduation degree of any stream from any recognized university.


    Age limit:-

    21 years -30 years for general students.
    21 years- 33 years for obc.
    21 years -35 years fro sc/st/pwd.

    The upsc mainly has two subjects

    General Studies
    Optional subject

    you can choose your optional subject.

    Eligibility criteria to appear in upsc exam-

    -You must be graduate.
    -Your age must be in between 21 to 30 years.
    -You must be a citizen of India.

    There are many graduates of biotech and many other engineering branches and medical fields appear in the exam every year.
    You can choose the subjects related to your branch or any other subjects , in which you are interested.

    Some of the subjects available are-
    -Mathematics
    -physics
    -medical science
    -psychology
    -chemistry
    -commerce
    -economics
    There are many more subjects available , it totally depends on your choice.

    The Eligibility criteria for the UPSC Exam is-
    You Must Be Graduate from any recognized University.
    Your Age must Be 21-30, for OBC Upper level is 33 and for SCST it is 35.
    You can attempt for it 4 times (Gen) , 7 (OBC), Unlimited (Sc/St)

    UPSC Exam is Immaterial with Your background stream. The main Region of study is General Awareness and current Affairs.
    Read magazines, Newspapers, etc. Make Your Knowledge Stronger.
    Work hard, Its not an Easy task.

    The union public service commission is conducted for civil service examination.

    The eligibility criteria :



    - You must be having a graduation degree in any field from any recognized university.
    - If you are appearing for the final year exams of graduation then also you are eligible to appear in the examinations.
    - Your age must be between 21 to 30 years.There is some relaxation in the age for the reserved categories. For OBC it is 3 years and For SC/ST it is 5 years.

    Dear sir/madam,
    The eligibility criteria for the UPSC exam are-
    - Age between 21-30 years for general category( relaxation for the age for some classes like SC,ST,OBC)
    - Graduation in any stream.
    - Not be convicted.

    You can start your preperation for UPSC atleast 1 year before the date of exam because it requires some time and concentration to qualify the exam successfully. In the written exam, You have to those subjects from the list of 28 subjects which are included in your B.tech,Biotech field.It will help you to get good score in UPSC written test.

    I am happy to inform you that you are eligible for Civil Services Exam.

    Civil Services Exam is conducted U.P.S.C. once in a year.

    QUALIFICATION:- Graduation with any stream from recoginised university..
    Candidates who have passed the final year of MBBS or any Medical Examination
    but are yet to complete the internship can also appear for the Main Examination


    AGE LIMIT:-

    The union public service commission is driven to Civil Service examination.
    Eligibility Criteria
    1.Graduate a recognized university with at least one of the subjects especially mathematics Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, Physics, Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Statistics and Zoology or Bachelor degree in Agriculture, Environment or in Engineering or an equivalent qualification a recognized university

    You are not mentioned which UPSC exam you want to apply. Becaues there are many exams conducted bu UPSC. But I am assuming that you are asking about Civil Service Exam.

    To apply Civil Service Exam You must complete your Graduation Degree and your graduation degree can be in any stream.


    You must have attained 21 years and not be over 30 years.


    The upper age limit is relaxed in specific cases as mentioned below:

    upto a maximum of 5 years if the candidate belongs to SC/ST.
    upto a maximum of 3 years if the candidate belongs to Other Backward Classes

    If you follow this eligiblity then apply for this exam.


    Achieving A good rank in Civil Service Exam is not a easy task. It can only be achieved through sincere dedication towards the exam.

    Preparation Guidelines to you :

    - Before starting your preparations for the Civil service exam, you should understand in detail, subjects which will be covered in this exam.

    i m doing engineering from pune univercity...but in 1st year i got year drop...so now because of that year drop...m i eligible for the upsc exam??? does baklogs in semster can affect it??? plzz reply...

    Hello Sir,
    UPSC(Union Public service commission)which is a civil service.Under all the civil service exams are conducted by your UPSC.

    Eligibility Criteria

    Student must pass his\her graduation level from a recognized university.
    Your age must between 21 to 30years.And also there are some age of relaxation for SC\ST and OBC.
    If your category is SC\ST then there are 5 years of relaxation.
    If you are OBC category then there are 3 years of relaxation.

    Question pattern
    General knowledge
    English
    analytical problems
    computer knowledge
    reasoning

    for improving your general knowledge you have to rad daily newspaper.
    from that you can get so many questions.

    be prepare your self and attempt the exams.

    1. AGE LIMIT : 21-30 Years for a generalcandidate .

    21-33 years for OBC candidate

    21-35 years for SC/ST/PH candidate .

    2. NO. OF ATTEMPTS :- 4 attempts for generalcandidate .

    7 attempts for OBC candidate

    no limit for SC/ST/PH candidate .


    3. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : YOU musthave a degree of graduation from any recognised university .

    • UPSC refers to union public service commission.
    • Upsc conducts examination for the various posts like
    1. Indian administrative services.
    2. Indian police services
    3. combined defined services.
    4. National defence academy.
    5. Indian forest services
    • The age limit for the UPSC exam is 21years to 30years.
    • Age relaxations is given in upper age limit to sc/st candidates is 5years and obc candidates is Three years.
    • There are various coaching facilities are available, you may take help of them for preparing in Upsc exam.

    UPSC Stands for Union Public Service Commission. UPSC is Responsible for Conducting Civil Services Examinations in India at National Level.
    UPSC Conduct Exams like; IAS, IPS, IES, IFS, NDA etc. UPSC Conduct These Exams Once in a Year. UPSC Conduct NDA Exam Twice in A year.


    -: Eligibility Criteria :-


    Educational Qualifications : for Civil Services=> you must Complete Your Graduation Degree in any Stream From Recognized University.
    for IES Exam=> you Must Complete your Graduation Degree in Engineering Stream From Recognized University.
    for NDA Exam=> you Must Complete your Higher Secondary Exam with Science Stream.

    UPSC conducts Civil Services Exam every year for the posts of IAS, IPS, IFS, etc.

    UPSC is India's Central Agency that conducts various exams every year.

    Since, you are a B.Tech Biotech Student, so you are doing your Graduation now.

    You can appear in Civil Services Exam only if you are in the Final Year or if you have passed Graduation.

    Eligibility Criteria for Civil Services Exam is:

    Qualification:

    You must have completed Graduation from any recognized University.

    You can also appear for this exam, if you are in final year of your Graduation.

    Age Criteria:

    For General: 21 to 30 years

    For OBC: 21 to 33 years

    For SC/ST: 21 to 35 years
