    hi dear,
    IAS is Indian Administrative Services.
The exam is conducted by UPSC.
You have to face prelimns, mains and interview.
You have to appear for two papers of 200 marks each and of 2 hours duration each.

    The topics covered would be
    General Knowledge
    Current Affairs
    Logical Reasoning
    Mental Ability
    English

So for preparation you can refer different books. They offer many mock papers as well as previous year solved papers.
You also need to be aware about the current affairs so read newspapers and watch english news channels to be better in communication skills.
IAS is not difficult you just need to have that x-factor.

    All the best
