    hello
CS 's handles the secretarial matters relating to a corporate while ICWA specializes in handling the audits , accounts and bookeeping of
the firms of a corporate. CS is like an advisor in the legal matters while ICWA relates to collection and full of financial information analysing .
CA is one which is in demand now a days and which you can opt for a better future but for this course you have to give an entrance test
for admission ,exam like CPT .
CA handles the books of accounts and auditing and if one makes a little mistake in it then the impact is also very high .
    Thank you.....

    Hi friend..

CA , ICWA both are differnt.
    CA is Chartered accountant course.
ICWA is an institute - Institution of Cost & Works Accountants of India which offers the course:

    1. Organization Theory and Behaviour
    2. Research Methodology and Statistical Analysis
    3. International Business Environment or Business Environment
    4. International Marketing Management or Marketing Management

On clearing CA you are a chartered accountant and can become an auditor .
On finishing ICWA you can become a Managing Director,Accountant,Finance Director,Financial Controller,Cost Controller or a Finance Manager in private and government sectors.

To clear CA you have to write 3 levels of exam: CPT , INTER , FINAL and also need to do an articleship. But ICWA conducts only one entrance exam.

    ELIGIBILITY:

For CPT it is a pass in class 12.
