Is it true that pursuing under graduate studies in Arts is tough for ISC students under North Bengal University?

i have heard that it is very difficult for arts students studying in colleges/institutes under NBU(North Bengal University), specially from ISC background. Arts students often fail in their first year examinations. Arts students scoring about 80% in their 12th standards often end up in about 40%-60% in colleges/institutes under NBU. Is this remour true in any sense? is NBU too strict, especially with arts students?

    Dear Friend,
First thing is that there is no Hard or Impossible thing in Life,Its just people say and depended on your thinking,I will help you to understand with an example:-
Let one of student from ISC studying in Arts have been failed in North Bengal University.
Then He must surely tell all the students and his friend,In fact everyone who will meet him that this all are the problem and student get failed if they are belonging to ISC.

There is no hard and difficult thing in Life just you must continue working hard if you have heard that if such Field is hard and also the best hardworking you will do the best thing you will achieve.
And,The true person who works hard and remember the God never get failed in his life.
