    Regarding eligiblity to join M.Sc Physics,i suggest you to check the IIT-Delhi (http://www.iitd.ac.in/) site for details.
    The eligibility criterion to get admission in M.Sc Physics is that one should have the B.Sc degree from any of the Universities.

    . As far as the syllabus is concerned, it usually remains the same every year. You can check the JAM 2011 sites or consult any of the brochures available on JAM. The syllabus is put up there.

    For taking admission in the IIT under M.Sc (Physics) you have to give the IIT-JAM entrance exam which eligibility is given below:

    The Eligibility criteria is :

    At least 55% aggregate marks (taking into account all subjects, including languages and subsidiaries, all years combined) for General/OBC category candidates and at least 50% aggregate marks (taking into account all subjects, including languages and subsidiaries, all years combined) for SC, ST and PD category candidates in the qualifying degree.

    JAM :- Joint Admission Test to admission for M.Sc courses.


    This examination is conducted by Indian Institute of Technology every year to admission for M.Sc and other course into Seven IIT'S colleges.

    Te Elegiblity Criteria for M.SC in Physics is A pass in B.SC in Physics from a recognised University or college with

    a minimum of 55% marks.. However a relaxation of 5% marks is provided for the SC/ST candidates.. SO SC/ST

    candidates require 50% aggregate marks in B.Sc. To take admission in IIT in M.SC you have to apply for Joint
