The most Challenging and difficult job in the whole world today which deals with selection and recruitment of the candidate to analyzing the performance of every employee and appraising his performance with increase in compensation. As the word itslef explains Human resources managing those men and getting the performance in an efficient manner is the major responsibility, just a raw material ends up as finished product a HR manager chooses his men as a raw materail and ends up making him a finished product. You will become a HR manager in an organisation.

Well I dont think being such a bright student, you should go for EMBA ,its not that EMBA is not a good course ,it is actually one of the best courses today especially designed for executives of various companies ,but the good colleges in India wont allow you to join the course with an experience of 2 years .most of the foreign universities demand at least 10 years of experience for pursuing the course of executive MBA but in India ,the requirements are somewhat less ,still in good colleges the experience requirement ranges from 3 to 7 years ..So I suggest you to continue with your job for at least a year more if not for long ,and get some really good college of MBA .
