Dropping your MBA would not be an wise decision.
I would suggest that you should complete your MBA.

Company Secretary course and MBA are totally two different things and IF MBA is done from a good college and you have acquired good knowledge during yout two year study period, it will help you to get very good jobs.

Instead of doing CS, you can do part time or correspondence courses just to add to your skills and knowledge along with your MBA
This will also help you while sitting in the campus interview for the jobs.
I would suggest that you should do some modules of NSE conducted NCFM.
Modules like AMFI, Derivative and Capital Markets and banking will help you.

So, do these things and dont think of doing the CS course right now
CS course even if done regularly will take minimum 4 years time
