    IBPS conducts the clerks exams on behalf of 20 Nationalised banks

    Selection Procedure involves:
    >> Written Test (online Mode)
    >> Interview

    Eligibilty to apply for the IBPS CLERKS exams:Min educational qualifications is Graduation Pass
    Age should be between 20 and 28 years
    OBC gets 3 years and SC/ST gets 5 years age relaxations


    In the written exams questions will be asked from the below sections :
    Numerical Ability
    Reasoning
    General Awareness with special reference to Banking Industry
    Computer Knowledge
    English Language

    If you clear the written tests than you will appear in the Interview

    Based on the marks obtained in written test and interview final list of sucessful candidates is declared

    From 2013 IBPS has changes the SELECTION PROCESS

    Earlier the candidates have full rights

    They can choose any of the bank in which they want to join



    Earlier ,.... after scoring certain marks .... he has the right .. to which bank go for ( among so many various banks )


    But now ..Candidate can not choose too many

    And he can not select for too many banks



    So you must be aware of all these things

    IBPS conducted the banking exams.


    Clerical,Po exams are conducted by IBPS.




    IBPS CLEARK ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :


    1.Academic qualification :


    For CLERK you must complete 12th standard exam.


    2.Age limitation :


    For CLERK your age must be within 18 to 28 years


    3.Backlog criteria :


    And do not allow active backlogs
    You will have to clear your backlogs before appearing in the exam.


    4. Other qualification ;


    You must know the particular state language


    And you must have basic knowledge of Computer.


    Selection process ;


    Written test


    interview.

    IBPS RECRUITS BANK CLERK/PO/SPECIALIST OFFICERS THROUGH ON LINE CWE.FOR 20 PSU BANKS.

    SELECTION PROCEDURES:

    1.Candidates to apply for the said posts following IBPS notification/eligibility through on line for to appear on line
    CWE.
    MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY:
    **A graduate from the recognized University in any discipline can write IBPS CWE.clerk exam.

    **The age for GEN: 20-28 years,relaxations for OBC: 3 years, S/C S/T: 5 years,PWD: 10 years.

    1. Candidates to do on line registration following IBPS notifications.

    2.IBPS conduct clerk/po/spl.off.CWE time to time every year for 20(twenty)PSU Banks.

    3.After successful registration to receive Registration No./Password/on line application print out for future use.

    4.Getting admit card candidates to finish IBPS on line CWE.

    The IBPS held exam for the recruitment of candidates for 19banks and for various posts.

    The various posts are:-

    ><Clerical

    ><Specialist Officer

    ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR CLERICAL EXAM:-

    Hi dear,
    IBPS is the selection exam conducted by as many as 20 nationalised banks for clerk positions in the same.

    You have to first apply for the WRITTEN TEST and if you pass the test it will be followed by INTERVIEW.

    There are certain eligibility criteria ruled by the hosts
    -Candidate must be graduation pass.
    -Age limit specified is 20-28 years.
    Relaxations are considered for obc/sc/st candidates.

    The candidate will be tested in line of
    Maths
    Logical Reasoning
    English comprehensive and grammar
    General Knowledge
    Computer Skills.

    So for the test you can refer many books by many authors or even go for different local coaching institutes.
    The exam may prove to be tough due to the competition in offering.
    As there are practically lakhs of candidates trying to clear the exams and interview and get the job. So you have to keep your level high.

    The 20 public sectors banks which are participating in the recruitment of the IBPS are accepted for this Clerical cadre selections and the selected candidates in the CWE will only be given the score cards depending on the scores obtained for the Common Written Examinations and this CWE examination is accepted and taken by the all the public sector banks which are participating in the recruitment of the IBPS....

    The Clerical Cadre selections are done for those candidates who have satisfied the respective educational qualifications which are necessary for appearing to the IBPS recruitment criteria....

    The Clerical Cadre required qualifications are...
    *Should have attained the age of 18 years and should not exceed the age of 28 years
    *should have completed the graduation or the bachelor degree course of study in any of the department of study...
    *Only the candidates who belong to the citizen of India are only eligible for appearing to the IBPS recruitment criteria...

    These are the minimum qualifications needed to appear for the IBPS recruitment criteria.........

    IBPS stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection.
    In this IBPS 20 Nationalized banks comes under it for the post of Clerk and 19 banks comes under it for the post of Probationary Officer.

    Selection Process for IBPS clerk Post:-
    Written Test on the basis of
    Aptitude
    Reasoning
    Current Awareness(banking)
    General English
    Comprehension etc..

    Then if you pass in Written Test then there will be an Interview conducted by IBPS HR's
    Now from 2013 on wards clerk post minimum educational qualifications are a degree in any recognized college
    Age should be between 20-28 years
    Relaxation is provided for Reserved.

    IBPS Clerk recruitment involves 2 stages i.e

    Common Written exam

    Common Interview.

    Written exam is conducted through online mode.

    Syllabus for IBPS Clerk Exam:

    1.Reasoning-40 Marks

    2. Quantitative Aptitude-40 Marks

    3.Computer Knowledge-40 Marks

    4.General Awareness-40 Marks

    5.English Knowledge-40 Marks

    Total Marks - 200

    Duration - 2 Hrs

    After clearing the common written exam, there will be common interview.

    If you get selected in the interview process, then you will be given chance to give preferences for banks of your choice.

    Depending up on your performance, and merit level you will be allotted in any one of the bank of your preference.

    The eligibility required to give IBPS Clerk exam is any degree from recognized University.

    Candidate must have attained 20 years of age and must not have attained 28 years of age for general category.

    There is Upper age relaxation as follows for reserved category candidates.

    The maximum age limit for OBC Category is 31 years.

    The maximum age limit for SC/ST Category is 33 years.

    The maximum age limit for PWD Category is 38 years.

    IBPS stands of Institute of Banking Personnel Selection and it works for the selection procedure for different posts in Banking Sector.
    Although IBPS deals with other than banking departs as well but its main focus area is PSU banks.
    It conducts exams for 19 centralized banks and some of the major banks are:
    - Syndicate banks,
    - UCO Bank,
    - PNB
    - Dena Bank
    - Indian Bank
    - Bank of India
    - Bank of Baroda

    It conducts a common written exam for various posts like
    - PO
    - Specialist Officer(I or II)
    - Clerical post
    It conducts a common written exam for any of the above mentioned post. You need to apply for this post
    based on your eligibility and then appear for this exam.
    Based on your performance in this exam and if you clear all the section of this written exam, IBPS gives you a rank
    and declares you a qualified candidate.

    To apply for sbi clerk exam, Candidate will have to fullfil following eligibility criteria.


    Candidate should pass 10+2 with 60% marks or should have any graduate degree with passing marks.
    SC/ST candidate should have minimum 55% marks in their 10+2 class.

    Candidate 's age should between 21 to 28 years for generals. SC/ST candidate get 5 years and OBC get 3 years relaxation in upper age and PD 10 year relaxation.
