    Required eligibility conditions for UPSC Exams:Educational criteria: Any degree from recognized university.

    Age criteria:

    Minimum: 21 years
    Maximum: 30 years

    This is applicable for general category.

    There is age relaxation as follows

    3 years for OBC.
    5 years for SC/ST & Exservice Men.
    10 years for PWD.

    Number of attempts:


    General candidates: four attempts.

    Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates: No restriction.

    Other Backward Classes: seven attempts.

    UPSC conduct many exams as - IAS, IPS, IFS, IFOS, CDS, SCRA, CBI, IB ACIO, CID, etc.

    Minimum required eligibility for UPSC Exams

    A bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% marks

    Age should be between 21-30 years and relaxation in age as per government guidelines

    5 years upper age relaxation for SC/ST and 3 year upper age relaxation for OBC category

    In some exams UPSC requires only 12th passed as - SCRA exam

    UPSC is not any exam
    it is a conducting body
    which conducts many many exams

    some of them are
    CSAT
    CDS
    NDA
    SCRA
    and many more


    except NDA
    and
    SCRA
    for all other exam conducted by UPSC
    you will need a bachelor's degree


    but for NDA and SCRA
    you must be 12th passed
    with pcm as compulsory subjects in 12th

    age limit for NDA
    16.5 yrs to 19 yrs

    age limit for CDS
    19 yrs to 24 yrs

    age limit for SCRA
    17 to 21 yrs

    age limit for all other exam
    is 21 to 30 yrs

    relaxation to upper age limit is as follows
    3 yrs for obc
    5 yrs for sc/st
    10 yrs for PH

    There are many UPSC exams .

    Each and every exam will have certain Eligiblity Criteria

    Some UPSC exams are ,

    1) NDA exam

    2) CDS exam

    3) Civil services exams (IAS , IPS) , etc..


    For the NDA exam , The candidates who have completed 12th can apply
    NDA stands for NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY
    This is an exam to join Defence services


    For the CDS exam , the candidates who have completed Graduation from a Descipline university are eligible

    Age should be between 19-22 years , for NAVY
    Age should be between 19-23 years , for Airforce
    Age should be between 19-24 years , for ARMY



    For IAS , IPS exams , The candidate should have completed Graduaiton from a descipline University

    To sit in UPSC exam , you should be atleast a graduate.

    UPSC conducts exam for IAS and it is called as CSAT.

    Eligibility Criteria for CSAT -

    Nationality-
    Indian

    Qualification-
    Graduation from a recognised university.

    Age -
    Not below 21 years, not above 30 years.
    ( 3 years relaxation for OBC and 5 years relaxation for SC/ST)

    CSAT exam has three stages -

    Preliminary exam

    For IAS exam Graduates in any discipline are eligible to apply.

    The age limit for IAS exam is 21 to 30 years if you are general category. 5 years relaxation for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC.

    The exam will be of three stages :

    -CSAT ( Civil Services Aptitude Test).

    -IAS Mains

    -Personal Interview.

    Only those who qualify CSAT will be allowed to appear for IAS mains.

    In IAS mains you have to select an optional subject so be ready with your optional subject and start preparing for it.

    UPSC is an body which conducts many exams.The main exams are:
    After class 12th:
    >> NDA Exam- age should be between 16.5 to 19 years
    >> SCRA exam- Age should be between 17 and 21 years

    After Graduation:
    >> UPSC Civil Services Exams- Min eligibilty is Graduation Pass. Age should be between 21 and 30 years
    >> CDS exams- Min eligibility is Graduation Pass for IMA and OTA wing with max age to apply is 25 years

    Dear Aspirant...

    You can apply for UPSC examination after complete graduation its a minimum qualification

    and You can give a UPSC exam 4 times .upsc exam is government job and you can apply for

    government job after complete graduation than give a exam and after crack exam you get

    a best job but UPSC exam is a tough level exam so prepare well and give you crack easily.

    IAS eligibility criteria are given below.

    ** You must be graduate any discipline university and than apply for

    IAS ,IPS And IFS officer job.

    ** You can give a IAS exam

    General category -4 Times

    OBC - 7 Times

    SC -no limit

    ** You must be Indian Citizenship.

    ** You must be prepare well than get a IAS officer job.

    • For appearing in the civil services examination which is conducted by the UPSC you must possess the following qualification
    • Firstly you must have completed the graduation in any stream from an well recognised university.
    • The age of your's need to be in between 21 years to 30 years.
    • Upper age relaxations is provided to the students from an reserved category which is three years for obc category and five years for sc/st category.
    • It's also necessary that you must have to be the citizen of India.

    Dear friend for apply UPSC Civil Services Exam the minimum Education qualification is Graduation degree in any stream from a recognized University.

    Civil Services exam is conducted by UPSC in once time for every year .

    Eligibility criteria:-

    Candidate should be an Indian citizen.

    Candidate should be completed Graduation degree in any stream from a recognized University.

    Age should be between 21 years to 30 years for General category candidates.

    Age relaxation for OBC category candidates 3 years

    And SC/ST category candidates 5 years.

    Number of Attempts:-

    General category candidates - 4 time

    OBC category Candidates - 7 time

    SC/ST category candidates - No limit.

    Selection procedure :-

    - Preliminary entrance exam

    - Main entrance exam

    - Interview
