if you want to join income tax or commercial tax as officers than you have to:
give the Staff selection commission ( SSC) Combined graduate level entrance exam:
Min qualification to give this exam is graduation pass from recognised university
Max age to apply is 27 years
OBC gets 3 years age relaxation and SC/ST gets 5 years age relaxation
This exam is held in three stages:
tier 1
Tier 2
Interview
Based on your rank after all the three stages you are alloted the dept.
Now tier 1 exam will happen in the year 2013 in july and forms may be filled in april 2013
