Hi guest, Company secretary is one of the best professional course which is conducted by the institute of company secretary of india (ICSI), there is no minimum percentage required in 10 2 for the entrance in cs course. You only need to have passed 10 2 from an recognised board. It comprises of three stages, foundation, intermediate and final. The exams are conducted twice a year, june-july and december.
