Dear NEET Stands for National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test conducted by CBSE Board but currently not in schedule of the board because Supreme court of India has quashed NEET Test due to some issues of the various states government and now MCI and board is planning to create another common entrance examination for candidates of medical stream who wants to get admission in private or government medical colleges for MBBS and BDS courses os there is no announcement yet that is why NEET is terminated for unknown duration
To apply for this entrance test you should have passed class 12th with Biology + Chemistry + Physics with at least 50% marks and if you are under SC or ST or OBC then need to have only 40% marks from a reputed board
This year's NEET Entrance Examination has been conducted and result announced and according to the official notice of the board candidate who appear for NEET entrance test should have minimum of marks 50% percentile in the test to get qualified however in respect of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC should have at least 40% percentile in NEET Test to get qualified and declared eligible for admission in courses that they want and candidates from general category but having under PH or PWD category need to have only 45% marks to pass this examination
But one thing that is always followed by the board is that candidates who have secured higher percentage marks than others will be preferred for admission first that is why you should try to secure higher marks and get good college for MBBS or BDS course and secure your future in medical stream
Presently JIPMER - Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research test scores are accepted in all medical colleges and some of the states conduct - PMT - Pre Medical Test called with the name of the state as - MPPMT so you can appear for state PMT and get admission in good college
All the best
