    Dear..

NDA eligibility is as follow :-

    1. Candidate must have 16.5 minimum and 19 years of maximum age
    2. No relaxation is given to anybody and selection is purely on merit basis
    3. Only Males candidate can apply, females are not allowed
    4. Only Indian citizen are eligible,
    5. Only unmarried candidate are eligible
    6. Maths and Physics should be compulsory subject for Air force and Navy

    Hope it will help

    NDA exams are held to fill seats for the below services of Defence;
    Army
    Airforce
    Navy
    Naval academy

Since you have not taken Matks and Physics in Class 11th and 12th, so you would not be able to apply to Airforce, Navy and Naval academy
You would only be able to apply to indian army through the NDA exams

    Eligibilty conditions for the NDA:
12th pass or Intermediate Pass for the Army wing
12th pass or Intermediate pass with Phy and Maths as subjects for the Airforce and Navy wing

    Age- Minimum 16.5 years
    Maximum 19 years

    Only Male Candiadtes can apply

    Hi,

Maths is necessary, if you want to join Indian Navy or Indian Air Force and it is not necessary if you want to join Indian Army.

All these areas can be joined by qualifying NDA exam.

    NDA – National Defence Academy

NDA is responsible for conducting entrance exam for 12th pass candidates aspiring to join Indian Defence.

    NDA eligibility conditions –

    You should be an Indian.

You should be 12th pass from a recognised board. ( Maths and Physics necessary for Indian Air force and Navy)

Your age should lie between16.5 years to 19 years.

You should be unmarried and a male candidate. ( Girls cannot apply )

NDA exam conducts three stages to qualify this exam –

    A written test

    AN interview

    Medical examination.

Candidates should be medically fit for this exam.

So, if you did not sydy Maths in intermediate, then you can try for Indian Army, where Maths is not necessary.

    hi,
yes maths is very much important from NDA point of view a lots of question s are asked in the NDA entrance examination.
maths is a very important portion along with chemistry and physics especially the short question are very much important which are based on simple 12th grade maths fundamentals.
questions related to the chapters like derivatives, integration ,maxima & minima,co-ordinate geometry etc are some of the common topics of mathematics from which a lot of questions are asked.
