Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF) is responsible for conducting the JAIIB exam and CAIIB exam.It is a distance learning institute that offers many diploma and certificate courses for those who wish to pursue a career in the financial sector.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
To be eligible for the JAIIB exam you have to be a member of IIBF and IIBF Members are those individuals who are Life members of the Institute and are employees of a banking establishment or financial institution or any other institution, which is an Institutional Member of the Institute. Except for ASSOCIATE (JAIIB/CAIIB) Examinations., Non-Members can apply only for Diploma and Certificate Examinations.
You must have passed the matriculation exam and if you haven't passsed then the candidates with the recommendation from the bank Manager can apply for this Course.
Last date for applying JAIIB exam was 29th February 2012. So you can not apply this year as date is over. But if yyou have applied already the you can consider following dates.
JAIIB exam will be held in three different days :

JAIIB stands for junior associate of the Indian institute of bankers.it is an associate examination generally conducted by the IIB.
the application form for this examination is distributed at the end of every year generally in the month of November and December.
the last date of reception of the application form is done in the month of January and the exam is conducted in the month of may every year
one of the most important subject that you must have to prepare well is the accounting and finance of bankers a lot of questions are asked from this portion
