Dear sir/madam,I am karthik.now i am studying IGNOU-VIEP part time mechanical engineering program (BTMEVI)at coimbatore(tamil nadu).Now i got a job in chennai(tamil nadu).so i want a transfer from coimbatore study centre to chennai study centre.(can change the study centre.it is posible).so I called your delhi office.At that time your office staff told if you want a transfer first you take NOC from both study centres.(coimbatore and chennai).after you sent it our mail Id.But I can take my present study centre NOC.But I can not take chennai study centre NOC.Because I dont know that available (IGNOU VIEP Part time B-Tech mechanical engineering program)study centre address list in chennai.Already I Searched in the internet.but I cannot find the correct study centre.internet showned only correspondence course study centre.so kindly give the IGNOU-VIEP part time B-TECH mechanical engineering (BTMEVI) program chennai study centres list.

hi sir, i have iti(tool&die maker)&post diploma in tooldesign background can i study b-tech(mech),also i have 6year\'s exp in tool making&tooldesign,i need help how can i study b-tech through this qualification.
