    Dear friend,

Chartered Accountancy course in conduct by ICAI , which has branches in all over India. First you need to register yourself in ICAI . There are three stages in CA course-

    CA- CPT
    CA- IPCC
    CA - Final

First you need to prepare for Common Proficiency Test which is also a entrance test in CA course. Once you cleared CA - CPT course, you can move towards IPCC course in which you have to go for Training also. After that you are eligible to sit final exam.

Re: How to prepare for CA after graduation?

    hello friend,

You have mentioned that you are in your graduation and are now willing to prepare and then appear for Chartered accountancy exams.
There are a huge number of students who prepare for the exams while pursuing their graduation. But you should note this thing that yes while
pursuing your college degree(supposing from a regular college) you are allowed to appear for the first two stages that are-
    1)CPT(Common proficiency test)
    2)IPCC(Integrated professional competence course)
But at the same time you are not allowed to do your article ship while continuing your graduation from a regular college.
(Article ship is basically a training under a chartered accountant practicing in India for 3 years which a student has to compulsorily do for appearing
    for the final exams).

Re: How to prepare for CA after graduation?

CA consists of Three exams. 1. Common Profeciency Test (CPT) - 4 Papers, 2. Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC) - 7 Papers (divided into two groups), 3. Final exam - 8 Papers (divided into two groups).
Since you are a graduate no need to write enterance/CPT exam (as per ammendment from 3rd August). First register in ICAI (The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) after 9 months from your registration you are eligible to write IPCC exam (exams will be held only on May and November) either one group or both the groups. After Completion of first group or both the groups of IPCC you should undergo Articleship Training in auditor (a member of ICAI) office for 3 years. Thereafter you will be eligible to write final exam. All the best..

This is a good decision for pursuing C.A. you have to follow 3 steps:1) register with ICAI for CPT2) after clearing that again you have to register with ICAI for IPCC/PCC3) then 3 years articleship then you are eligible for giving C.A. final exambut according to the new norm of ICAI, you can't to articleship with graduation .

Re: How to prepare for CA after graduation?

    hi dear,
    CA is Chartered Accountant.
The exam is conducted by ICAI.
After graduation you need to pass only two courses to be a CA.
    They are
    Executive
    Final.

Well after graduation you need to go and register yourself at the ICAI. Its branches are situated in all the cities.
Then after registering you will receive books from them.
And also you can go and attend classes conducted by them.

Then whenever you wish either in June or December you can appear for the exam.

To pass you need to pass two modules in a course and with a minimum of 50% score in each module.

Passing and being a CA is very difficult so you have to do a lot of hard work and study hard.

    All the best
