You are a academically brilliant student for sure.Don't lose hope, you are eligible to become a very good doctor. You can apply next year too.You need to work hard this year.I am sure you have read NCERT thoroughly. All concepts are clear to you.so you can buy some book for MCQ and solve as many as questions you can.You can buy monthly magazines of physics, chemistry and biology from MTG.Solve previous year question papers and model test papers for practice.I hope this information will help you!!

    Hello friend

Don't worry you can do MBBS
NEET is not the only medical entrance exam, you can write other medical entrance exams also
The other exams you can write are
    AIIMS
    JIPMER
    EAMCET
    KCET
    AIPMT
    AFMC etc

After passing them also you can join MBBS
Even if you are interested then do BDS, B.Pharm
If you have not got the seat in the 1st phase of counselling then go 2nd and keep good colleges you want in a good order
If you haven't qualified NEET exam then this time take time and go for coaching , write the next NEET exam well

    all the best

First of all you must not loose hope and be determined, see it is good thing that you have such a passion to become a doctor which helps a lot in preparing for those exams. Like you many other students who are as brilliant as you and even more sometimes are not able to crack this exams in first attempt, but they try again and get through this. See this is an exam that requires many things in addition to hard work like speed and time management. If you haven't taken coaching for preparing for those exams than you should take it. By taking coaching in the institutes like those present in Kota help a lot, because first of all you will be able to come to know the amount of competition you are going to face. Other important things that you will learn in those places is that proper time management, short cuts to solve various problem which will save your time in exam, you will have a lot of practice in giving answers which again will help you in exams and also as there are so many top level students getting coaching in these institutes and when you will take tests conducted by coaching institute, and when you will score high ranks in those exams than you will automatically feel confident that you are able to give a good competition to other students.

So don't loose hope and work hard you can do it. Besides giving NEET you can give various other entracnce exam conducted for MBBS admission like JIPMER, AMU, AFMC, BHU etc. and as they have very much similar course so you don't need to do seperate preparations for that.

IF you don't want to give such exams than you can an MBBS from any private university in India but its fees are very much high depending on the college you are taking admission, there are also other places like NEpal and china where you can take admission for doing MBBS many INdian students do it from there but if you do it from those places outside INdia than you will have to fight an exam after MBBS to have permission to work as doctor in INDia.

Re: How can I study MBBS if haven't qualified in NEET?

Dear your percentage marks in both 10th and 12th are appreciable but I don't believe that you could not get qualified in NEET - National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test because a top and higher scorer is not getting qualified then who will be passed in NEET entrance test so for a second you should stop at this stage because analyzing your demerits and lacks is necessary to be prepared for future because if you will care and get solution of your mistakes that you did in last NEET Entrance test then you will not find out the same situation again at your way because everything can not be done easily as you couldn't do in NEET despite being a top scorer among toppers of Biology

Your interest and choice is absolutely right because MBBS is the course for which candidates does everything whatever they can and studies more than 12 hours everyday so understand this situation at once and try to do the same as toppers so but do not follow each foot step because somewhere your ideas and thoughts also should be added in your preparation and be optimistic about your career because once you have been failed but the same result will not be seen twice because this is the time to be careful over all mistakes that you have done in last session and if you prepare with dedication and work hard then no one can stop you to get final selection in top college for MBBS course so study and preparation depends you and if you want support and strategy to prepare then you can get so many coaching institutes

My opinion is that you appear again for NEET Entrance exam and try your best efforts to the preparation and I am sure that you will get selected.

MBBS course is also available in various medical colleges in various cities and states where state government conduct - PMT - Pre Medical Test and colleges conduct D-MAT Entrance examination so if you appear for state PMT and qualify then also you can get admission in a reputed government institute for MBBS and that will be a better way for you because this course is offered by different private sector colleges that can not be afforded by middle class people but if possible then you can get admission because study of private medical colleges is also the best and preferred for jobs everywhere there candidates are preferred who completes MBBS after NEET test

You can appear for other medical entrance examination conduct on all India level i.e. - JIPMER - Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research that also provides admission in various medical courses - MBBS, BDS, MD, MS, B.Sc, M.Sc etc. so that can also be a right choice for you and JIPMER also conducted around the same time when NEET held so keep in touch with all relevant information and get your goal

    All the best

    Dear Friend,

You have got excellent scores in your 10th and 12th which is no mean task and considering that it is surprising to know that you could not qualify in NEET.

I would suggest you to analyse your performance and reasons for not being able to qualify in NEET.

It will help you in overcoming those and improve your performance in coming medical entrance examinations.

NEET has been quashed by Supreme Court of India and it may not take place from next year.

I hope you wrote other state level medical entrance examinations also along with NEET.

If not then you have no other option than to prepare well and write it next year.

You may also join any good coaching institute for preparation and in the end a national level test series is a must.

You may try any or some of these tests next year:

    1. AIIMS

    2. AIPMT (not confirmed yet)

    3. Banaras Hindu University Medical Entrance Test

    4. AFMC

    5. AICET

    6. JIPMER

    7. COMEDK

    8. KIITEE

    9. AMU-MET

    10. All state board PMTs

    All the best.
    Thank you.

    Hello friend,

You didnt qualified NEET this is shocking as i see your 10th and 12th academics.

You are made to be a doctor. Just dont loose hopes and start preparing again for NEET because as you have given it once you have all experience which is needed to crack it.

I am very sorry as for this brillient student there is no option other than to give NEET again and waste a valuable year.

But I must say take guidance of experienced teachers and practice real hard. Daily 9- 10 hours study will improve your drawbacks.

Just do no think about anything now. You are a bright student no doubt and born to be a good doctor.

    So All the best!!

    Success is all yours!
