some body suggested me to read news paper(english) is better.But i have a confusion that how make a note by reading news paper on issues as well how to learn English language through the way of reading news paper.And for GK what i have to study and it is necessary to read all(subject) NCERT BOOKS OF 6th TO 12th stands....?

For stuying GK buy the manaorma year book 2012 this will give you the information about all the subjects that are normally asked in GK questions.
Plus read one national newspaper on a daily basis.
Make a note of all important national and international events in a diary, in this way your current affairs is also being updated.
