for beginning,you will have to register yourself by filling the form with the Indian Institute Of Chartered Accountant,Which can be filled 2 times a year.
since you are a B.Com graduate <you dont need to appear for the 1st stage i.e the FOUNDATION,but you will have to clear the next 2 stages which are IPCC
and the FINAL..

CA stands for Chartered Accountant. The course is one of the demanding and tough course. It is a very good career opening preferable for commerce students.
The candidates who wants to pursue CA can join the course after 10+2 or can join after completing graduation level.
There are 3 level in the CA course:-
>Foundation Course OR CPT course
You should have passed 10+2 level and your age should be 17 years. The candidates can register at CPT after 10th and start the preparation. For appearing CPT exam one should pass 10+2 exam.
>IPCC Course
The candidates should have cleared the CPT stage OR should have completed the graduation level. The age of the candidates should be at least 18 years.
>Final Course
The candidates should have cleared the IPCC stage for appearing in this level.

Direct Entry to Chartered Accountancy Course:
Graduates or Post Graduates in Commerce having secured in
aggregate a minimum of 55% of the total marks or its equivalent
grade in the examination conducted by any recognised University
(including Open University) by studying any three papers of 100
marks each out of Accounting, Auditing, Mercantile Laws, Corporate
Laws, Economics, Management (including Financial Management),
Taxation (including Direct Tax Laws and Indirect Tax Laws), Costing,
Business Administration or Management Accounting;
OR
Graduates or Post Graduates other than those falling under
Commerce stream mentioned above having secured in aggregate a
minimum of 60% of the total marks or its equivalent grade in the
examination conducted by any recognised University (including Open
University).

Yes, you can join in CA course.
But before this you must cheak your eligiblity criteria below
As per the new rules of the ICAI Graduaters,post graduaters are eligible for IPCC directly with the skip of CPT.
If you are COMMERS graduate then you must have secuired morethen 55%.
If you are OTHER graduate then you must secuired atleast 60%.
First to enter this course you must register for this course with 11000/- and after you can complete Articalship, study course and ITT,ORIENTATION PROGRAMMES with in 9 months.
After the complition of these only you can eligible for IPCC exams.
After the complition of IPCC you can join articals progrmme .
After the complition your IPCC you can register for CA final course and the duration of this course is 9 months.
