    How to appear for NET exam after completing masters degree in chemistry?

    I have completed my master degree in chemistry, now I want to appear in Net Exam, I want to know about the syllabus and about the papers. please help me.

    **Net(National eligibility Test): This test is conducted by UGC twice a year.

    **To appear the NET minimum qualification is Post Graduate.A PG candidate can apply.

    **The net score card is helpful to join in Govt.Colleges as a Lecturer.

    **The validity of this score card is 2 years.

    HI,

    now you are eligible to appear for net entrance exam which is for entering into lecturership in government colleges.

    eligibility for net exam is:

    @a candidate must have completed pg with 55% of marks.

    @final sem appearing pg candidates are also eligible for appearing for net exam.

    @pg must be from ugc recogniozed university

    @while coming to the syllabus of net exam you have total 94 subjects to do.

    @ugc conducts net exam twice in a year that is in the month of june and december everyyeaar.

    @notification for the exam will be issued in the precedding month of the exam.

    @ for furthet details you can visit official website of ugc net.

    @total 3 papers are there in exam.

    Since you have done your Masters in Chemistry, you have to appear in the CSIR-NET exams.
    This exam is conducted by CSIR

    Educational qualifications required to appear in this exam is:
    Post Graduation pass with Minimum 55% marks

    Age- if you want to aply for the JRY than max age to apply for the General category candidates is 28 years

    This Test is conducted in the below subjects only:
    1. Chemical Sciences
    2. Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences
    3. Life Sciences
    4. Mathematical Sciences
    5. Physical Sciences
    6. Engineering Sciences

    How to Apply online for NET:
    Steps given below for how to apply online:-
    1. Firstly the candidates must have to download the bank Challan form from the UGC Website and have to deposit it in the branch of SBI.
    2. Candidate must have the scanned photogragh in jpeg format of less than 300 kb and a copy of Bank Challan before applying online.
    3. After the application form is successfully submitted the candidate must take the printout of Application form, Attendance slip and Admission Card on Separate A4 size papers.
    4. The candidates belonging to SC/St/PWD and obc category must submit the attested copy of certificate for the same..
    5.The candidates are advised to apply as early as possible before the closing of date.

    Educational Qualification:
    1. The candidates who have scored at least 55% in Master’s Degree or any examination of computer science & applications or electronic science.
    2. The candidates who belong to OBC/SC/ST/PWD may submit the attested copy of certificate along with the online printout of their application form for concession in the fee..

    • NET is an National eligibility test which is for the lectureship and junior research fellowship (JRF).
    • For it, the educational required is master degree in any stream from an recognised university.
    • In it, you should have 55% marks and if you are from an reserved category then only 50% is required.
    • There is not no age limit for lectureship and JRF the maximum age limit is 28 years.
    • The examination pattern of it
    • The score card is valid for only two years.
