My son had got 2170 rank in AIEEE & scored 321 in BITSAT exams. We gave preferance to college ranking & got him admitted in manufacturing engg in BITS leaving C.S. in DTU. Unfortunately, He is finding everything too primitive there. Is it the condition in all the colleges. Have we taken the right decision?? Is it possible to get admission in DTU, now?P lease do guide us what should we do now....

Ask him the same question after 2 months. We all had joined BITS thinking we will study for JEE once there. Once we were in and had spent 2 months, we realized it wasn\'t required. BITS is an awesome place to be, and in many many ways better than all other colleges in India. Tell him not to worry, in a while, he will realize he has taken the best decision of his life.
