    Guidance for studying Law course after 10+2?

    I hv passed 12th and want to do LLB.M nt getting proper channel for this,please help me nd guide me for the same.

    To become a lawyer you first of all do the LLB course from the best colleges. For this you can give the entrance exam of LSAT (Law School Admission Test, India) or CLAT on the basis of that you will get admission in the best colleges for LLB course.

    The best colleges for the LL .B courses are:
    1. NLSIU, Bangalore
    2. NALSAR, Hyderabad
    3. NLIU, Bhopal
    4. Symbiosis Law College, Pune
    5. Faculty of Law, Delhi University
    6. ILS Law College, Pune

    9. University Law College-Bangalore University
    10. NUJS-Kolkata
    All the above are best for LLb but some institutes takes its own test and not prefer the LSAT or CLAT.

    yes u can do degree in law.
    if u have scored 50 % and abive in +2, thenu r eligible.

    take the LAW tesst presently, there is a notification for national law admission test.

    LLB, BL are the courses u can opt for.

    M.L , LLM in master level.

    Delhi univ
    Madras univ


    etc...

    u can do pg diploma in criminal laws. cyber laws, etc.. in the future too.. and start practice...

    You can go for 5 years law courses directly after 12th or 3 year Law course after graduation. Better option is go for a Law course after graduation since you are free to choose other options also apart from Law if you study law after graduation.

    Dear sir/madam,
    After 12th, you have to decided to choose a very good field of law. This field is mainly with to get the knowledge about the law of the land. The procedure to follow this course are as follows :
    - Minimum qualification required is 12th in any stream.
    - Minimum marks required is 50 % in 12th.
    - You have to apply for the course is BA.LLB.
    - The duration of this course is 5 Years .
    - You can apply for the CLAT and NLS test for the purpose of admission.
    After getting admission in BALLB, in first 2 years you get the studied subjects of BA and after that they will teach you law subjects.

    Studying Law is a very good option for your career !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    you can be Criminal Lawyer/lawyer/judge or you can opt for jobs in different private firms in the legal department

    you can do law courses from several institutes
    there is wide range of options for you for Law...... you need to have the LLB degree for which you must appear for some entrance test

    there are many institutions which do not have the options of Entrance test.....you can enroll in them by simply appear for a interview..........even correspondence courses are also offered ..... but my opinion is that you must not opt for those kind of universities ....you must go for a regular law course
    for a regular full time course in different eminent universities/colleges in in INDIA you must appear for entrance tests

    after 12th you apply for LLB course and then GIVE some exam like CLAT
    you become a perfeect lawyer you can give CLAT (commen law admission test)
    you complete LLB course best college and then you give exam entrance exan of CLAT .

    ELIGIBILITY FOR CLAT exam :
    12 passed with 50% and sc/st candidate 45%
    age limit is 18 to 21

    CLAT Exam is conducted for both Graduation and Post Graduation course.
    Graduation COURSE is known as LLB while Post Graduation is known as LLM Course.
    Eligibility for each course is different.
    1-Eligibility For LLB
    You should pass your 12th with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 45% in case of reserve category.
    Your age should not be more than 20 years for General and OBC candidates and 22 years in case of SC/ST/PH
    2-Eligibility For LLM
    You should have an LLB or BL degree or an equivalent degree from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in case of OBC/SC/ST/PH.
    There is no age limit for LLM course.

    1-You should pass your 12th with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 45% in case of reserve category in any stream either Science/Arts/Commerce.

    LLB stands for Bachelor of Law. There are various universities in India which offers law courses. Now a days law courses are getting very much importance due to its scope. After completing LLB course you can get job as a lawyer/advocate in courts. Today there is huge demand of lawyers in various fields like income tax lawyer, criminal cases lawyer etc. After completing LLB course you can get a good job with excellent salary package.

    There are various colleges in India which offers law courses. There are two types of law courses offered in India. All those candidates who have completed their Graduation or have passed 12th class are eligible to get admission in LLB course.

    After passing class 12th, if you want to study LAW than you can apply for the Common Law entrance test.
    This test is also called CLAT

    Eligibilty to apply to CLAT is:

    CLAT is conducted for admission in undergraduate and postgraduate courses in LAW.


    Date of exam - 12th May 2013 from 3.00 to 5.00 pm

    Eligibility criteria for LLB

    Intermediate with 50% marks from a recognised board.

    12th appearing candidates can also apply

    MAximum age is 20 years.
