    ICWAI-Institute of Cost and Works Accountants Of India.
    This institute was constituted by Act of parliament in the year 1959 and has its Headquaters in Kolkata.
    Its Regional Offices are in Delhi,Mumbai,Chennai and Kolkata

    This Course has Three Stages

    FOUNDATION
    Min eligibilty to take admission is 12th Pass
    Min age to apply is 17 years
    Fees for the Foundation Course is Rs 3500/-
    In foundation you have to study
    4 papers

    INTERMEDIATE
    Min eligibility to take admission is Graduation pass or Foundation course pass of ICWAI
    Fees for the Intermediate course is Rs
    19700/-
    In Intermediate you have to study 6 papers divided in two groups-Group 1 and Goroup 2
    100 hours Compulsory Computer Training needs to be compalted before Intermediate Examination

    FINAL
    Min eligibilty to take admission is Intermediate Pass of ICWAI
    Fees is Rs 14000/-

    3 years Practical training nees to be done after the intermediate exams and before giving the final exams.
    In Final you have to study 8 papers divided into 2 groups-Group-3 and Group-4

    Exams are held in June and Dec each year

    ICWAI stands for Institute of Cost and Working Accountant of India. The career is one of the most demanding career than you can pursue being a commerce student. The students of other stream are also eligible for this course.

    The course is divided into 3 stages:

    >>Foundation Course;

    >>Intermediate Course;

    >>Final Course.

    -----Foundation Course-----

    >The candidates should have passed 10+2 level from a recognized board.

    >The age of the candidates should not be below 17 years.

    >The fees for the Foundation Course is Rs.3500

    -----Intermediate Course-----

    >The candidates should have cleared the Foundation course
    OR
    >The candidates must have graduation degree in any stream.

    >The age of the candidates should be above 18 years.

    >The fees for the Intermediate course is Rs.15700

    -----Final Course-----

    >The candidates should have cleared the Foundation and Intermediate Level.

    >The fees for the Final Course is Rs.11500.

    ICWAI, course is offered by icai.for entering into icwzi you have to register with icai.

    process of registering with icai includes:

    @icwai training includes 3 stages:
    1)foundation course
    2)intermediatelevel
    3)final course

    eligibility for the foundation course:
    10+2 and must be 17 years of age.

    eligibility for the intermediate course:
    10+2, graduation and the candiadate should not less than 18 years in age.

    @when to apply:

    icwai exam will commence twice in a yeaaaar in june and in december.

    for registration for june exam you should have to register until dec05 of the year
    for the december exam you should have to register until 05 june of present year.

    where to apply:

    application form has to download from the official website of icai http:// www.icai.com

    duly filled application forms have to submit to thte respective regional councils.

    fee of registration form is 200/-

    along the registration form you have to attach 10th memo for foundation course aloong with gazetted officer stamp and with 3 photos.
    for intermediate course degree meme, inter memo,3 photos

    fee structure:
    intermediate course:15,700/-
    final course:11000/-

    Hello Friend

    Institute of Cost and Works Accounts of India (ICWAI) conducts CWA or ICWAI Qualification course.

    QUALIFICATION

    The complete course divided in three levels.

    I. Foundation Course
    You can apply for the Foundation course after completing 12th (Age >/= 17 years).


    II. Intermediate Course
    You can apply for the intermediate course after qualifying the Foundation course
    or
    after completing graduation (other than fine arts).


    III. Final Course
    You can apply for this course after qualifying the Intermediate course and




    Duration:

    Foundation Program- 6 months
    Intermediate Program- 12 months
    Management Training- 36 months
    Final Course- 12 months

    Since you have completed graduation, you will be getting complete exemption from the Foundation Course and therefore, you will have to enroll directly for the Intermediate Course which will be followed by the stages as mentioned above.

    Fee Structure:
    • Foundation Course- Rs. 3500 for both Oral as well as Postal mode.
    • Intermediate Course- Rs. 15700 for Postal mode and Rs. 19700 for Oral coaching mode
    • Final Course- Rs.11500 for postal mode and Rs. 16500 for oral coaching mode
    • Computer Training- Rs.3400
    • Modular Training Fee- RS.4000

    • There are total three stages to complete this course-
    • Foundation programme.
    • Intermediate.
    • Final course.
    • For foundation, you must have the minimum qualification of intermediate from an recognised university.
    • If you have completed graduation then you can directly enter into intermediate course.
