If you have good percentage or state rank or AIEEE rank then you will get scholarship for it.
Now a days lpu has fee of 75000-/per semester without scholarship.

Fees i think should be secondary, primary should subject and college of your own choice.
LPU fees is around 70,000 Rs. semester, may vary year on year..
And LPU has the facility of giving scholarship to the talented students, which will bring down fees to the extent to 30,000 or so...
These days you can also get education loan easily..
So work hard to be topper in your subjects and score top rank to get scholarship....
