    Eligibility for NALSAR Cyber Law course being BCA final year student?

    I am BCA final year student and expecting my result very soon due to some reasons can i apply for NALSAR cyber law course....kindly replystudent

    Basic Eligibility

    • A candidate with LL.B./B.L. degree or equivalent degree from any University with 55% of marks is eligible to apply for LL.M.. The maximum intake will be 60 subject to SC (15%), ST (7.5%) and disability (3%) reservations.
    • There is no separate quota for foreign students. Interested foreign students may apply directly in the CLAT application form with supporting documents to the Registrar, NALSAR, Hyderabad
    • Admission to the LL.M. Programme is made strictly on merit, based on a Common Law Admission Test (CLAT)

    The College is located in Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh in India.
    The college was established in 1998 and is affiliated to AICTE.
    The college offers courses in B.A., LL.B.(Hons.), LL.M., M.PHIL. ( PROGRAMME IN LAW), P G Diploma in Cyber Law, Ph.D (LAW).
    For taking admission in NALSAR Institute the candidates is required to fill up the forms for the mentioned courses. The registered candidates have to appear for an entrance exam considering new generalized topics. Aspirants have to follow all the rules and regulations forwarded by the faculties.

    Dear Friend,

    NALSAR Eligibility Criteria

    For BA LL.B

    Candidates should have scored at least 50% marks at senior secondary level (10+2) in order to apply for admission into BA LL.B course
    Students who are appearing in their XIIth standard exam can also apply for NALSAR 2012 provided they fulfil the eligibility criteria at the time of admission.

    For LL.M

    Candidates should have passed LL.B. Degree (3 year/5 year course) with at least 55% marks in order to apply for admission into Law Colleges
    Students who are appearing in their qualifying degree examination can also apply for NALSAR LLM Law entrance exam 2012 provided they fulfil the eligibility criteria at the time of admission.

    Hello friends ............


    NALSAR - Eligibility Criteria ;


    Five-year Integrated B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) ;


    You must have passed the 10+2/Higher Secondary School from recognized by the University.


    And you must have minimum 50 % marks in aggregate.


    You must not be more than 20 years of age of the year of admission.


    However, there is age relaxation up to 22 years for ST/SC candidates and 25 years for persons with disability.


    The candidates who are waiting for their result of qualifying exam can also apply.


    However, their admission will be provisional and subject to producing proof of qualifying exam with prescribed marks at the time of interview.


    The merit of candidates will be purely based on their performance in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT).


    Master of Law (LL.M.) ;


    You must have passed LL.B. /B.L. Degree or an equivalent degree from a recognized University.


    And you have at least 55 % marks in aggregate.


    The candidates who are waiting for result of qualifying exam can also apply for the test.
