    Eligibility for JMFC and other district level Exams?

    hello sir, I am a law graduate , and scored 54.4 % marks in the last year , can i eligible for the JMFC exams of any other district level exams , please let me know thanking you regards

    If you want to become an Magistrates then you must have to appear in the JMFC exam.

    In order to appear in this exam you must have to complete your Graduation in Law.

    For appearing in this exam your age must be in between 21 to 35 years.

    Those who have completed LLB/LLM are eligible to apply for this exam but you must have at least 55% marks in Bachelor's course.

    JMFC-JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE FIRST TRACK COURT exam is a judicial service exam for the post of Judicial Magistrate.

    Graduation in Law with 55% marks is the minimum qualification to apply for this exam.

    The age limit for JMFC exam is 21 to 35 years of age.

    The selection is through written test followed by personal Interview.

    JMFC stands for JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE FIRST TRACK COURT. JFMC exam is conducted by the State Government according to State wise. This exam is conducted by various state governments for the post of Judicial Magistrage.

    Eligibility for JMFC Examination:
    You need to have copleted your Graduation.
    Your graduation should be in LAW with 55% marks .
    Your age need to be between 21-35 years for General category`s and for Reservation category`s you have 3 years if you belong to SC/ST then you have 5 years of Relaxation.

    The exam is carried out in 2 stages :-

    Written Test and
    Personal Interview

    If you clear Written test and if your Short listed then you will get call from COmpnay to inform you if your Selected.

    The educational qualification required to write the JMFC exam is :

    55% in law graduate level.

    So you are not eligible to write the exam,Provided you are of general category.

    Don't worry,write an improvement test since you are at the verge.

    Candidates who have finished their graduation in Law are eligible to give this exam.The candidates must have secured a minimum of 55% marks in their final exam.

    Age criteria:

    should be more than 21 and must not exceed 35 years at the time of applying.

    Exam pattern:

    Prelims

    Mains

    Syllabus:

    a) Code of Criminal Procedure

    b) Civil Procedure Code

    c) Evidence Act

    d) Transfer of property Act

    e) Specific Relief Act

    f ) Maharashtra Rent Control Act

    g) Limitation Act

    h) Constitution of India

    i) Indian penal Code

    j) Law of Contracts, Sale of Goods Act & Partnership Act

    Questions will be based on the above topics, and the questions are multiple choice questions with 100 marks and duration is 2 hours.

    DATES OF JMFC 2013:

    JMFC Notification - July 2013.

    Last date to fill the form- August 2013.

    Preliminary exam- 15th September 2013.

    Main exam- 1st October 2013.

    According to some authorities age limit should be as follows

    MIN age limit: 21years

    MAX age limit: 35 years

    The Educational qualification is to you should be graduate in LAW and the percentage not lower than 60%

    This exam can be carried out in sesions

    hi,
    this JMFC exam are held for those aspirants who wants to be the magistrates or of related positions,
    all those students who have completed there bachelor's degree program in law are eligible for JMFC
    -the age limit is preferred in between 20 to 30
    -if you belong to SC/ST category then you should have at least 55% and 60% for general students in graduation level respectively
    -there will a full 100 marks question paper for which you will be given only 2 hrs
    and if you crack the JMFC exam then you will be called for the personal interview which is very much important,you should pay more attention towards your personal interview as if your interview goes good then no matter what your academic status you will be awarded with good result............good luck
