    Eligibility for IITJEE, AIEEE and WBJEE? Name of good books for the same?

    Respected Sir/madam,I am a student of west bengal h.s board.. I have got 78% in math, 60% in phys, 60% in chem ,72% in english,50% in bengali,and 64% in grand total.Now i am preparing for IIT-JEE,AIEEE,WBJEE..but i am totally confused!! Am i eligible for this exams or not??? help me...plz reply ...If i eligible plz mail me name of some good books(IITJEE,WBJEE,AIEEE)

    IITJEE - Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance Exam

    Eligible Criteria for IITJEE
    • You need to complete your 10th & 12th standard in any reputed School
    • You need to have 60% mark as a aggregate in your 12th Standard

    IIT-JEE stands for Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance Examination.It is one of the Engineering Entrance examination.This Examination is conducted by Every year.

    Eligibility Criteria For IIT-JEE:-
    >>The Applicant should be complete the 10th and 12th Standard in reputed school.

    IIT ,AIEEE and WBJEE are the engineering entrance exams
    among these 3 exams
    IIT AND AIEEE are national level exams whereas WBJEE is a state level exam of Maharashtra




    eligibility of IIT exam

    candidate must be 12th appearing or 12th passed with minimum of 60% in PCM as well as in 12th
    from a recognised university

    age limit
    must be between 17 years to 25 years

    any candidate can appear for IIT exam maximum for 2 times in consecutive years



    eligibility for AIEEE

    candidate must be 12th appearing or 12th passed with minimum of 55%marks in PCM as well as in 12th
    from a recognised university

    candidate must be Indian

    No. of Attempts
    maximum 3 times in consecutive years




    eligibility for WBJEE

    As i have Qualified both IIT-JEE and AIEEE so i can suggest you books for the same:
    For MATHS - Book'S by RD SHARMA , Question Bank by TMH Publications
    For Physics- For theory refer book 'CONCEPTS OF PHYSICS BY HCVERMA' and for objective questions buy book in Physics of TMH publication
    For Chemistry- Organic Chemistry by Paula Bruce , Physical Chemistry by Shishir Mittal (Disha Publication) , Inorganic Chemistry by J.D.Lee
    Remember To STUDY N.C.E.R.T. thoroughly because in AIEEE exam you will find questions directly quoted from NCERT..........

    YES !! as your % is above 60, you are eligible for IITJEE, AIEEE as well as all entries of WBJEE ().

    Regarding books,
    physics: the theory and basics can be studied from pardeep or dinesh publications 11 & 12 class physics, for some higher level questions, you can refer to HC verma (concepts of physics part 1 and 2). then you can get online coaching/test material also.

    Chemistry: Pardeep is best along with that NCERT is highly recommended. along with that, organic chemistry can be studied from Arihant publications book.

    Maths: practice NCERT by heart. sometimes direct ques come into AIEEE from NCERT. then you can study online papers and the book IIT maths by ML khanna is highly recommended.

    BUT remember, NCERT is best.
    You can refer pardeep or other thoery for clearing your concept . for IIT, go for the higher books as mentioned.!

    Generally Following are the Eligible conditions for the common engineering entrance examinations,
    • You must pass in 12th standard with 50% marks
    • You must have the science subjects with maths in your 12th academics

    sir,you are eligible for all the entrance exam IIT-JEE,AIEEE,WBJEE,because you have satisfied the minimum educational qualification eligibility criteria.which are
    1) For IIT-JEE- the candidate who have passed class 12 boards with minimum of 60% marks(GE Category) and 55%(ST/SC Category) in aggregate and 60% in PCM is eligible to apply.

    IIT JEE, AIEEE, WBJEE are all engineering entrance examinations!!!!
    these exams are conducted for admission to the graduation engineering courses all over the country !!!

    IIT JEE is entrance exams for IITs
    AIEEE is meant for all the engineering colleges in INDIA except IITs
    WBJEE is meant for the engineering colleges in Bengal

    dear friend,
    you have to be minimum 12th std pass with 60% minimum marks for IIT,AIEEE,AND all other engineering exams , so work hard and get atleast this much of marks in 12th , so that you are eligible for giving this exam.

    ATTEMPTS:-
    > for IIT you give twice in two consecutive years (i.e. in class 12th and after class 12th)
    > for AIEEE you have three consecutive chances (i.e. in 12th and 2 years after 12th)

    Eligibility Criteria for IIT-JEE :

    The student must have passed 12th examinations or its equivalent exam from a recognized board with physics ,chemistry and mathematics.

    The student must score 60% above in 12th.

    The student age should be in between 17 to 25 years.

    The student can attempt IIIT-JEE only twice.



    Tips to crack IIT-JEE


    - You should make timetable and study according to timetable.

    - You should first clear your basic concepts of 11th and 12th.

    - Refer standard books that are suggested by your teacher.

    - Solve previous years papers as many as you can.

    - If possible you can join some coaching class.
    For IITJEE H.C.Verma is best book & narayana IIT notes are also best you can refer this.........

    Hey Friends.....
    You want to know that the eligiblity of IIT-JEE exam.according to me it is very taffest exam but if you work hard and soul then you overcomes the difficulties.there are some eligiblity criteria for this exam.
    1)you must have passed from any recognized institution .
    2)you must have passed out the 12 th standedred with PCM combination.
    3)your age must be between 17.
    4)60% marks are requared for the eligiblity.
    5)there are only two attemps for the candidate..
    HOPEFULLY THIS IMFORMATION ARE USEFUL TO YOU...
    you should have bye the reference book from market within the the guidence of you parents and teacher...

    IIT-JEE = Indian Institute of Technology- Joint Entrance Exam

    Eligibility for these is same as follows -

    you must complete your 12th Class with PCM from a recognized university.
    your age must above 17 years.
    if you are running in 12th Then you can apply for these exams.


    Syllabus -

    IIT/AIEEE/WB-JEE all are engineering Entrance exams so syllabus of these is same.
