    Hi friend,
No doubt to become a Indian administrative officer is a dream for many youngsters. To reach that goal one need to appear for the CSAT exam conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) every year.

The eligibility criteria to appear for the CSAT exam are:
    Should be of Indian nationality
Must have attained 21 years of age and must not have completed 30 years of age.
Must have completed graduation whatever might be the stream.

There is no where mentioned about the mode of completion of graduation . So you can appear for the exam for sure if you have completed the graduation from a recognised university.

The selection process to become IAS is conducted in 3 phases:
    Preliminary exam
    Mains
    Final interview

Each phase is equally important and plays a pivotal role to reach the goal.

    Hope this helps...

    Good luck
