    Eligibility criteria, fee structure and parts/modules of CS course?

    Dear Sir/Madam, I had done my B.Com 1st from KUK Univercity with 55% marks App. in 2007but i had dropped my graduation because of some reason and join a Private Ltd. Trading Concern as an accounts assistant. i served for that company for 2years. Now i am working as share broker in Equity Market. I wish to know few details about Company Secratory Course. The details are given below:1, Eligibility for CS course.2, Fee structure of completer CS course.3, Parts/Modules of CS course. (if applicable) Kindly provide me above mention details.     CS course is divided in 3 stages if you want to do after 12th in any stream.The criteria are as follows:
    * Foundation Stage- It comprises with 4 subjects and the fees for the stage is 3600/-.
    * Executive level- It consists of 6 subjects and fees if 7000/- for commerce student and 7750/- for a non commerce student.
    * Final level- It consists of 8 subjects and the fee is 7500/-

    CS stands for Company Secretary


    CS course offeredby ICSI which stands for Institute of Company Secretaries of India


    CS course has divided into three parts..
    ~ Foundation Programme
    ~ Executive Programme
    ~ Professional Programme


    Eligiblity for Foundation course --> Candidate should be pass 10+2 Class with good marks.
    Eligiblity for Executive course --> Candidate should be pass 10+2 or gradution in any stream from a recognized board.
    Eligiblity for Professional course --> Candidate can join this course only after compliting their Executive course of CS.



    Fee Structure of all three different levels of CS Course is different...


    Approximate fee for Foundation Programme --> 3600 rupees.
    Approximate fee for Executive Programme --> 7000 rupees.
    Approximate fee for Professional Programme --> 7750 rupees.

    there are some of the information given below :

    CS (COMPANY SECRETARYSHIP)

    ELIGIBILITY :

    - candidate must complete 12th in recognized board

    - candidate must scored 50% of marks

    THREE STAGES :

    - foundation

    - executive

    - professional

    FOUNDATION :

    - the foundation is the starting level . there are
    related to the commerce and accounts subjects .

    EXECUTIVE :

    - this executive can complete the foundation level are
    eligible to study the next level of executive stage

    - then who are all complete the degree are eligible to study
    the executive stages

    FINAL :

    - this final stage is having the intern ship training also
    be included .

    - who are all completed the executive stages . for the
    next level is final stages .

    FEES ARE :

    - foundation - 3600

    - executive - 7000

    - final - 7500

    CS stands for the Company secratoryship. There are following are the eligibility criteria for the CS course :

    You should have 12th in the recognized university.

    You should have a scored 50% marks.

    There are mainly three stages in the CS course :

    1) Foundation.
    2) Executive.
    3) Professional.

    These are described as the following :

    1) Foundation :

    The foundation is the starting level. The foundation is related to the commerce and accounts subjects.

    ^ For the Foundation the fee are 3600.

    2) Executive :

    This executive can complete the foundation level are : eligible to study the next level of executive stages.

    Then who are all complete the degree are eligible to study the executive stages.

    ^ For the executive the fee are 7000.


    3) Final :

    dear friend,
    the CS course is divided into three categories:
    1.foundation programm : it has 4 subjects and the fees for this course is rs. 3600/-
    2. execution programm : it has 6 subjects and fees for commerce student is 7000/- and for non commerce student the fees is rs. 7750/-
    3. final program : it consist of 8 subjects and the fees is rs: 7000/-

    now the eligibility criteria for this exam is given as below;-
    1. the candidate must pass class 12th with minimum 60% marks .

    • Yes, definately you are eligibile to pursue the Company secretary (CS) course.
    • CS course is an professional course which has three stages i.e Foundation programme, Executive programme and Final programme.
    • Check out the complete structure of this course
    • Since as you mentioned you have completed the B.com, then no need to appear in foundation programme, you will get direct entrance into executive programme.
    • This course registration is open throughout the year.
    • You must attained the minimum age of 17 years to apply for it.

    YES, you are eligible to apply for the CS Course

    The Company Secretary course is conducted in Three stages:
    >> Foundation
    >> Executive
    >> Professional

    Since you have already completed your Graduation, you are exempted from studying the Foundation Course
    You can take direct admission in the Executive Course

    Fees for you in the Executive Course would be Rs 7000.

    If you want to give the Executive course term end exams in december 2013, than take admission in the Executive course by 28th February 2013

    There are 6 papers that you have to give in the ICSI executive level
    >> General and Commercial Laws
    >> Company Accounts, cost and management accounting
    >> Tax Laws
    >> Company Laws
    >> Economic and Labour Laws
    >> Securities Laws and Compliances
