    sir,

    my am vishal . Am recently completed m-pharmacy. i want to know whether am eligible for csir exam i wnt to know fill detail regarding csir exam . syllabus regarding this exam

    Dear Friend,

    As you are interested about CSIR examination,below is some of information regarding your query.....

    Eligibility Conditions for CSIR - JRF(NET) :

    Educational Qualification :
    Candidate must have done M.Sc. or Equivalent degree under subjects mentioned in para 2.1 above,with atleast 55% for Open and OBC Category(For SC/ST,PWD Category 50%).
    Final year Result awaited of last semester candidates of M.Sc or Equivalent degree can also apply.

    Age Limitation :
    For JRF(NET) :
    Candidate's age must be atleaste 19 year and maximum upto 28 year allowed.
    Upper age relaxation is applicable for reserved category upto 5 year for SC/ST/OBC and PWD Category.

    For Lecturership(NET) :
    Candidate's minimum age should be 19 year.There is no limit for maximum age.

    Eligibility Criteria for CSIR ;

    Educational Qualification :

    -- for this exam you must have /BE/BTech/BPharma/MBBS/Integrated BS-MS/MSc or equivalent degree with at least 55% marks.
    -- And SC/ST/physically and Visually Handicapped candidates should have 50% marks.

    Age Limit :

    -- For JRF (NET) : maximum age should be 28 yrs as on 01-01-2013.

    -- For Lecturership (NET) : No upper age limit is mentioned.

    Application Fee :

    -- General Candidates are required to pay Rs. 400/-.
    -- Other Backward Classes (OBC) Candidates are required to pay Rs. 200/-.
    -- SC/ST/Physically Handicapped (PH) or Visually Handicapped (VH) candidates are
    required to pay Rs. 100/-.

    Selection Process :
    written test

    In thisvexam contain 2 papers.

    Objective type paper .
    Descriptive answers to questions.

    HELLO FRIENDS..........

    ELIGIBILITY:-

    1. eligibility criteria (educational qualification) for CSIR-UGC NET 2013 for writing the test will be BE, B.Tech or equivalent in engineering with at least 55% marks for general/OBC and 50% marks for SC/ST, Physically and visually handicapped candidates.

    2. Students in the 4th year of the programs will also be eligible to apply.

    CSIR NET is conducted for Lecturership and Junior Research fellowships.


    Those who have got 55% marks in Post Graduation can apply for CSIR NET .


    For SC/ST 50% marks is the criteria for this examination.


    Post Graduation should be in any of the following streams if you want to apply for CSIR NET:


    -Chemical Sciences


    -Earth and Planetary Sciences


    -Life Sciences


    -Mathematical Sciences


    -Physical Sciences


    So if you satisfy above criteria then you can apply for CSIR NET.


    For Lecturership there is no age limit but for JRF you need to be below 28 years of age.

    Eligibility for CSIR UGC NET entrance examination:-

    You Must have a M.Sc. or equivalent degree with minimum 55% aggregate marks And the final year Students of M.Sc. are also eligible to appear in CSIR NET exams.

    Age Eligibility Criteria: -

    1.For Junior Research fellowship – You must be between 19 –28 years of age.
    2.For Lectureship – There is no upper age limit. You should be at least 19 years of age.

    SUBJECTS OF THE TEST:-

    The Test will be held in the subjects as given under:-

    1.Chemical Sciences.

    2.Earth Sciences.

    3.Life Sciences.

    4.Mathematical Sciences .

    5.Physical Sciences.


    After CSIR:-

    1. BARC.
    2. IIT.
    3. DRDO.
    4. ISRO.
