    Hey Hi,

As you are in 3rd year , so you're not eligible for the CAT exam. Also, the registration for the CAT exam is now over. A final year student or the one who has completed his/her graduation(with a min. of 50% aggregate) is eligible for giving the CAT exam. Though you can register for the CAT 2013 exam next year ( during your 7th semester ). CAT 2013 registration forms would be available around 1st week of August.
Meantime, work hard and brush up your skills. Cheers
