    Hello friend,
CAT(COMMON APTITUDE TEST) is a all India online based aptitude test for studing MBA in Top management Institudes of India.
A pass out student in Bachelor's degrre in either B.Sc,B.A,B.Com can appear for MBA.
Candidate passes 3 year course of BBA can also appear for MBA.
Students who are in the final year of B.TECH or pass out students can also appear for MBA.
So you are not eligible for CAT this year. But eligible in next year.So it is better for you to prepare for CAT from this year to score good.
    Best of luck.

CAT or Common Admission Test is an all India test conducted for entry into the B Schools. The reputed IIMs consider CAT as an important component in selecting students for the MBA program.

You cannot appear for CAT this year. The basic eligibility criteria set by CAT is-

that the candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognized University
also the candidate must secure 50% marks in the graduation(45% for SC/ST)

As you are still in your 3rd year you cannot write CAT exam at the moment. You will have to wait until you are over with your graduation.
