Dear Sir,
I have done my B.E. in electronics and communication engineering in a reputed Institution with second class.and I have done my M.Tech in Computer Science and engineering in a reputed Institution with second class.
Before doing my M.Tech I was working in diploma college and while doing M.Tech I was working in engineering college
and I have got solid software Industry experience and nearly 8 years in MNC companies Now I would like to work in the teaching faculty because I love teaching.
Plz let me know whether I am eligible in engineering colleges for asst professor If not how I can upgrade my education for the eligibility.
Because I would like to spend rest of my life in the teaching field plz let me know what I can do.

Is it a compulsion to have 2-3yrs experience in teaching field or is it enough to have 2-3yrs general experience with NET qualified to become an Assistant professor. Actually i have done by ABM(Agribusiness Management-PG equivalent to MBA) and has 2-3yrs of experience in the Seed Industry.So,am i qualified?
