Government Law College (GLC) of maharashtra conducts an admission process for
admission to its 5 year undergraduate BLS LLB program.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates need to acquire atleast 45% aggregate marks in class 12th (HSC) exams of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and HSC exams.
Students from boards other than Maharashtra need to get atleast 5% more marks than their Maharashtra board counterparts.
Selection Criteria:
All the selections are made on the basis of class 12th (HSC) merit of Maharashtra State Board.
Students from other boards need to get 5% more marks than Maharashtra board candidates.

Yes, your daughter is elligible to apply for the course of BA.LLB in any university as she gets very good marks in 12th. The date of availability of form is not yet decided, but you have to check regularly from the website of the university. But at present pattern, in most of the universities gives admission on the basis of first come first serve because now Bar Council Of India makes is compulsory to give test after completed your LLB degree to start your own practice.

if you want to do it just after 12,then you have to do the 5 year course
you can do the 3year course after graduation
but you must have passed graduation or the 12th level exam or graduation(whichever applicable) with 40% marks in aggregate(35% for SC/STs)
