Does my qualification is enough for Cyber Crime department?

Sir I'm Pridhvi,studying B.tech in ELECTRONIC & COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING.I'm intrested in computers & also I like police..now I would like to join in cyber crime department.Does my qualification enough for this job?Can u tel me about this cyber crime police department?!

very nice that you want to join the Cyber Crime department is a very side you have chosen for your future .On the recent trade the cyber crime has rising day by day and in India there is very much requirement of the parson who are expert on this side to stop this type of crime so according to me i it is a very good choice you have made.

As you asked the qualification for the joining the cyber crime department so here i am giving you the qualification required for joining this department.

Qualification:

1.Candidate have to Indian citizen
2.Candidate have to pass the 10th and the 12th form the recognized university with min 60% marks
3.Candidate have to pass the graduation on the any discipline with min 60% marks form the recognized university and he /she must have no active backlog
4.Candidate must be 21 to 30 years
5.Age relaxation and the education relaxation is for the sc/st candidate
6.Only age relaxation is applicable for the OBC candidate

Physical and Medical standers:

candidate must be physically and medical fit and the min height is 165 cm eye sight 6/6 with or with out glass

To join the the cyber crime department you have to seat for the entrance exam conducted by the CBI or the CID department. You must keep eye on the official site of the to get the notification .

Now if you fulfill those criteria then you can seat for the entrance exam and if you qualify then you have to face interview and the medical test before got selected.

Yes, you can eligible for this post. But you can join in CID or CBI and after joining you can transfer to Cyber
Crime Department .

To become a CBI officer, then you have to appear the exams conducted by UPSC. And This
exams is held generally once a year for the post of Sub-Inspectors of Police in Central
Bureau of Investigation and the application forms and other particulars are published in the
Employment News in the month of October.

Eligibility :

You should have completed your Graduation in any Discipline.
Your age should be in between 20 to 27 years. & special Relaxation is given to SC/ST which
is 5 years and For OBC 3 years.

Physical Requirements :

Your height should be minimum 165 cm and your chest 76 cms
You have vision -6/6
examination consist of 4 stages and you need to clear all.

Selection Procedure :

-Selection based on Written Test,
- Personal Interview and
-According to Rule and Regulation of the Govt of India.
