I want to quit the college of self financed MDU college. I have paid fee for first year. College is not issuing no due certificate after 1st semester. I want to get admission in BBA from IPU university (I am resident of Delhi). Do I require migration certificate from MDU university. They are not giving me no due certificate and asking for full three years fees. Kindly help
