IBPS may change the Eligibilty criteria for the PO exams.
The next IBPS PO exams is expected to be held in June or July 2013

As per Dr Khandelwal Comitte recommendation, IBPS may issue the new eligibilty criteria for candidates to appear in the PO exams and this criteria is:

Graduation Pass with minimum aggregate 60% marks
Age should be between 21 and 30 years
OBC gets 3 years and SC/ST gets 5 years age relaxations

So, you should try to score more than 60% aggregate marks in your BE.

Exact eligibilty criteria can only be known, once notification is released

Notification would be released on the website of IBPS www.ibps.in

But i would suggest that you shoud start Preparing for this exam from now only

The written exams which would be held in online mode would consist questions from the below sections:
    Quantitative Aptitude

General Awareness with special reference to Banking Industry

    Computer Knowledge

    English Language

    Descriptive Paper on English Composition

    2. Indian Overseas Bank
    3. Andhra Bank
    4. Oriental Bank of Commerce
    5. Bank of Baroda
    6. Punjab National Bank
    7. Bank of India
    8. Punjab & Sind Bank
    9. Bank of Maharashtra
    10. Syndicate Bank
    11. Canara Bank
    12. UCO Bank
    13. Central Bank of India
    14. Union Bank of India
    15. Corporation Bank
    16. United Bank of India
    17. Dena Bank
    18. Vijaya Bank
    19. Indian Bank
    20. IDBI Bank

The eligibility required to give IBPS PO Exam is any degree with minimum 60% in graduation from recognized university with minimum of 20 years and maximum of 30 years for general category.

Age relaxation for reserved category candidates is as follows:

    3 years for OBC.
    5 years for SC/ST.
    10 years for PWD.

Final year students are not allowed to give this exam.

Because in the notification itself, IBPS mentions the date of completion of your bachelor degree, you should satisfy the date mentioned in the notification.

So, if your graduation is not completed before the notification is out, then you cannot apply.
