Every State Government conducts its own Entrance Exam for admission to Engineering Colleges of the State.
Likewise, UP Government conducts UPSEE (or UPTU) for admission to B.Tech Course in many Government/Private Colleges affiliated to UPTU.
Every year UPSEE exam is commenced in the month of April or May.
Notifications about this exam generally comes in December and sale of Application forms starts in mid January.
This year UPSEE was conducted on 22st April 2012 and cost of Application Form was Rs.1000 only.

UPSEE Counselling 2012 UPTU- UPSEE conducts Counselling of the various disciplines after the UPSEE Exams 2012. The UPSEE test in a objective exam for the 12th standard students for Bachelor degree or for the other degree holder to admit them in various programs. The candidate must have to clear this UPSEE exam to take participate in the Counselling dated from 11 July for admissions.

The candidates can take admission in various courses or programmes offered by the university (GBTU or MTU) under the UPTU UPSEE. Various courses like B.Tech., B.Pharma, MCA, MBA, M.Tech, B.Sc., etc. are the courses for which the UPTU invited the candidate to take admission.
To take admission in the reputed college their is a separate selection procedure is followed by the UPTU and they conducts the Common Examination for selection of students know as UPSEE. UPSEE is the Uttar Pradesh Selection Engineering Examination for the students who wants to study in any college of Uttar Pradesh under UPTU.
Counselling Date: The counselling Dates for B.Tech./ B. Pharma/ B.Arch./ B.HMCT/ B.FAD/ MBA/ MCA are as follows -

UP Engineering test cunducted by Uttar Pradesh Technical University by an entrance exam called UPSEE 2012 Engineeringentrance exam for admission to degree courses in Engineering (B.Tech) and Architecture (B.Arch.) of Govt. aided and Private unaided institutes affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University.

How to Apply :
UPSEE 2012 engineering entrance exam application forms and information brochure can be obtained from the Registrar of, State Entrance Exam.One can get application form and information brochure by sending bank draft of 1000/- for General/OBC and 500/- for SC/ST and female candidates of all categories in favor of Finance Officer, U.P. Technical University.
for this year exam as well as counseling process both has become over, so you can give this exam next year........
