hi.. i completed m.c.a.... i dont want to do jobs on java , c++ etc...like coding. really i cant understand those programmes, functions, methods etc.... so which will be the best course for me to do for jobs in it sector or any other sides.... help me and give me advice plzzz

If you wants to avoide codding languages like Java,C++,C then major of the companis left out.
But some companies like TCS,ACCENTURE,INFOSYS use ORACLE Language for there software development.
So ORACLE is best language for getting job opportunities in IT sector.
Another language which is frequently use is VHDL.
Some company use this languge to calibarate there Hardware.
so you can learn this also.

For getting jobs in IT companies, you must have to be good in programming language. Its not necessary
that you should be an expert of any language. Many people while preparing believe that they must
solve each question and must be expert of any programming skills to get job in IT companies.
But its not the case.
In India, very few companies work on pure development project, in which you need to write the code on your own
or you need to suggest the approach to complete coding. Maximum companies work on maintenance and support projects.
In maintenance projects, you’ll already have a code at any one file or any 1 functionality, you job will be just to
replicate similar or modify that functionality.
So IT companies expect that you should not be the expert but you should have at least fair knowledge sufficient enough
to understand the existing code, so that you can replicate the same.
Based on your query, I believe, you lack practical exposure, so I would suggest that try to so practicals for the
concept you learn and modify few things on your own to known, why any key words are used.
Do more and more hardwork to practice more and learn more.
You can also join few institutes like NIIT or SeedInfotech which provide certification courses in Java or dotnet or Oracle.
