    • NET refers to National Eligibility Test, which is organised by the university grant commission (UGC)
    • This test is for the lecturership and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF).
    • For both, you need to have minimum 55% in any of the post graduate degree from an recognised university.
    • If you are SC/ST/ Persons with disability (PWD) student then you need to have 50% only.
    • There is no age limit for lecturership, so you can apply at any age you want.
    • However Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), your age must not have crossed the limit of 28 years.
    • There will be total three papers with objective type paper.
