    Hi,
    See although your competitive examination scores are good but your 12th standard scores are less. In fact many good MNCs such as TCS(Tata Consultancy Services) or CTS(Cognizant technology) or IBM look for people with 60% all through and that means a 60% and above aggregate marks right from your 10th standard up till your graduation standard and further studies. If you want to do MBA then your MAT scores are really good, I can tell you. You can definitely try for some universities like IGNOU or Amity or other good universities with MAT scores. But your CAT scores are less to opt for MBA in good universities. With GATE scores you can go ahead for M.Tech. But here one more thing needs to be mentioned, which is that you can take M.Tech only in that field where you have taken your graduation from. In your case it is CS. So your M.Tech stream will be CS. But CS M.Tech. nowadays has very very little options and very little job opportunities. So it is better that you avoid M.Tech. Regarding MNCs you can go for Tech Mahindra or ICCIA or other smaller companies.

    it all depeb=nds on how you perform in the interview.
    first you need to apply to these companies and never leave ajob before getting another job as sitting idle is also a negative when it comes to interview.

    start applying to different companies and attend their interview.
    aslo if your friends and senior are working in MNC ask them to send your cv to hr team and try to get an interview for you

    Dear aspirant you should not leave a job until you get better job because nowadays it is very difficult to get job in any company.
    You are searching for MNC company for job and most of the MNC want reference if you are applying for interview. so of you have reference then you will get job easily otherwise it will be very difficult .

    Remember that is is better to have a job than to be without a job. You have done a mistake by leaving the job if you get job in future please do not commit this mistake again.

    BEST OF LUCK...

    hi,
    dear friend,
    as you are working in non MNC and want to join some MNC , then first of all i want to tell you that you didn't leave your this job untill and unless you get good job as per your wish ,

    many national as well as multinational companies like TCS,WIPRO,INFOSYS,INTEL,MICROSOFT,GOOGLE etc which take candidates through oncampus as well as offcampus placement . but each company has their own criteria of judgement of the candidate .

    some qualities that most of the MNC'S want are given as below:-

    -good technical knowledge.
    -good communication skills
    -good % of marks atleast 60% overall career marks(means in 10th , 12th, graduation level).
    -last but not least work experiance matters a lot.

    so, by achieving about criteria ,you definately get a good job in MNC.

    all the best..............

    MNCs usually look for some basic eligibility criteria .
    ~You must have secured 60% in both 10th and 12th;
    ~60% in your B-Tech or other degree course that you studied;
    ~You must not have a gap of 2 years or more in between your studies

    You seem to have secured decent percentage at all levels which is certainly a plus point.Moreover,having a work experience is also an added advantage.But to get into an MNC you must also possess some additional qualities.

    ~You should have good communication skills
    ~You should have a solid technical background
    ~You should prove to be a responsible professional
    ~Good command over the English language

    [QUOTE=shars;195357]hello friend,
    what should i do now if i dont have 60 % throughout ?
    If I do Mtech then same companies will come again and ask for this criteria again and that will be really disappointing
    I had never thought about this in my dreams also that my life will be ruined because of this silly percentage criteria
    why dont mnc's look for talent and knowledge about the subject then looking on percentages
