actually, information technology stream in b.tech is totally software related course .
but , here , CCNA course is an hardware course
so, it is better to search for a job in software field only
CCNA is not a bod course , but , for you it may not well suitable as you are from i.t.
if your stream in b.tech is either ECE (OR) EEE (OR) MECHNANICAL , etc. , then only it is better to do this ccna course
