    Hi Buddy,

Graduation is important part of education for each and every student because the number of opportunities will always depend on the highest education qualification you have.

--> Now coming to your career in organic chemistry, yes you can choose which ever field you want.
--> To start a career in Organic Chemistry you must make sure that you either go for Higher studies such as M.Tech or M.Sc.
--> If you choose any of the above degrees then you'll be a dual degree holder in literally two various fields, one being Electronics and the other being chemistry.
--> Remember that you have graduated from Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering in B.Tech so you can still go for a career in Electronics at any point of time in your future.
--> There will be certain problems you'll be facing by going for Organic Chemistry, one being that being a student of electronics why you have opted out for Organic Chemistry.
--> Organic Chemistry is like a specialization in the field of chemistry as you have done B.Tech in ECE the chances for you to pursue organic chemistry and securing better marks are far too less.
--> Your basics in Organic Chemistry are almost nill.
--> But still if you persist to go ahead with Organic Chemistry then make sure that you go for GATE examination so as to pursue M.Tech.
--> If you wish to go with M.Sc then you'll be required to give an exam in the corresponding college to get admission.

I wouldn't say no to Organic Chemistry but would like to tell you that think twice before you actually make it as it was never your field.
    All the best.

Being a B.Tech graduate you can go for this field, but you should not go for this after doing 4 years of hardwork in Electronics, you should go for a job at this point of time and start preparing for the entrance exam of M.Tech in this field from a good universities of India or from outside India..
You should enrich your knowledge in electronic field instead of again wasting your time in gaining degree in organic chemistry...
What you can do is go for diploma in the field of your interest..
Its only advice, choice is yours...

    All the best
