I have completed diploma engineering EXTC in and then I joined BSC(IT) in regular college but yet I have 2 KTs remaining I want to quit BSC(IT) and join BE or B-tech of IT. In diploma I have 54.84 % so can I join any higher degree? ........which has more scope?-----B.tech OR BE?

Yes friend, you can join B.Tech / B.E. course after graduation.
For this you have to appear in LEET exam conducted by various colleges of different states.
Through this exam you become eligible to get admission in second year of B.Tech directly.
There is no need of study first year for you.
There are various top colleges under LEET exam.
