    dear friend,

    No
you are not eligible for IIt exam of 2013

as already you have given the exams 2 times
and as you know any candidate can appear for the IIT only twice in consecutive years

IIT allows only two attempts in any case
it doens't matter whether you have failed in both the two attempts

    so
i will suggest you to not repeat your 12th
as it will not be beneficial for you
and will just a waste of time

there are many other exams you may apply like AIEEE and your state level exam
    AIEEE exam allows 3 attempts

    Hello Dear,
As per the recent notifications a common aptitude-cum-advanced knowledge test will replace the IIT Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) and the All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) in 2013. Test scores will have 60 per cent weight in deciding admissions; school board marks will have 40 per cent. Test and board scores will determine admissions to all centrally funded engineering institutions.

The common entrance exam, planned as a SAT-type test, is likely to be held online from 2014, and could be given twice a year, highly placed sources said. The paper test is likely to stay on until the online system stabilizes.

The eligibility criteria for IITJEE which has been followed till 2012 says that:-

*The applicants must have a complete the 12th from a recognized university or equivalent qualification.
*The candidate must have studied Maths,Physics,Chemistry in 12th level examination.
*The candidate must secure at least 60% marks in their examination for General and OBC candidates and 55% marks for SC/ST/PH candidates.
*The candidate can attempt JEE only twice in a year.

So as you have already appeared twice so now you are no more eligible for appearing for IITJEE exam next year.

You can try some other exams.

    BEST OF LUCK.

    With Regards,

    K.I.N.G.

Re: Can I give IITJEE next year after giving state board exams again?

sorry sir,you are no further eligible to apply for IIT-JEE more because according the rules for IIT,a student can give IIT-JEE for only two consecutive times in his life for taking admission in undergraduate BE/B.Tech degree in any engineering discipline.
so.its better that you do not give class 12 again and continue your study with some other bachelor degrees or BE/B.Tech degree from some deemed universities and after completion of graduation, you can again try for admission in IIT for doing ME/M.Tech by giving GATE exam but you will have to score more than 6.5/10 for GE. and 6/10 for ST/SC/OBC category.
    best of luck.

No, you cannot give IIT-JEE exam further.
As you had already given IIT-JEE two times. So, you are not eligible to appear in IIT-JEE anymore.

Even after appearing in 10+2 exam, you cannot apply for IIT-JEE.
However, for AIEEE exam, maximum no. of chances are 4. So, you can appear for AIEEE.

    Hello,
IITJEE guidelines clearly mention that aspirants can give this exam only two times in consecutive years, and failing in both the attempts will make you ineligible for carrying on further...

So as you have consumed both of your attempts, so you are not eligible for the same, and giving your 12th again would not solve the purpose...

    All the best

NO !!!! IT IS NOT PERMISSIBLE !!!!

IIT JEE stands for Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance Examination
It is the entrance examination that is given for admission to he IITs for engineering graduation course
    about_iitjee.jpg
Eligibility Required to sit for IIT JEE

    >You need to have PCM (physics Chemistry Maths) combination in your 12th from a recognized university

    >your aggregate in PCM should be 60%(for general candidates)

    >your aggregate in PCM should be 55% (for SC/ST )

    >candidates appearing for HS are eligible to apply

    >you can appear for 2 times in IIT JEE in consecutive years

    POINTS TO REMEMBER :

*It is quite clear from the eligibility criteria that you are not eligible for IIT JEE !!

*You have appeared for IIT JEE for 2 time already ....it does not matter you have changed your board or not

*Your names and details are registered with them..... if you apply for IIT JEE again for the 3rd time..... that will be inappropriate and the application will be REJECTED !!!!!

IF you still have confusion.... PLEASE VERIFY IT FROM THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE : http://jee.iitm.ac.in/eligibility.php

But don't feel shattered ....you can still sit for other engineering entrance examinations like

    • AIEEE
    • WBJEE
    • OJEEE
    • MHT-CET
    • UPTU-CET
    • KARNATAKA CET
    • KIITJEE
    • MANIPAL ENGINEERING ENTRANCE EXAM

On cracking these you will be eligible for admission to the engineering colleges (private and government ) all over the country and you can choose stream of your own preference
So you still have the chance of completing your engineering graduation ....don't think other engineering colleges other than IITs are not good, they are also good.,...they produce quality students each year...... go start preparing and sit for the other exams !!!

    ALL THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hello,
Giving 12th two times would not mean that you can give IITJEE exams again and again, Its a competitive exam not a certification course exam,
IITJEE rules clearly mention that one candidate can give this exam only two times in consecutive years before he crosses the maximum age criteria..
So as per this rule you can not give this exam as both of your attempts has been exhausted..

Try for something else, instead of wasting time...

    Good Luck

but you can applyfor AIEEE if you want to do B.E./B.Tech now..
or you try for another good universities like
    1. IP UNIVERSITY
    2. Y.M.C.A. GURGAON
    3. M.D.U.
    and many more...

ALL THE BEST FOR YOUR FUTURE..

Re: Can I give IITJEE next year after giving state board exams again?

No my friend , once you tried both the attempts then you are not allowed to do another attempt .
It is useless to spent two more years and then give the exam because at that time also you are not allowed for giving the exam .
So leave the thought of giving the IIT-JEE exam and go for the AIEEE exam .
The criteria for the IIT-JEE exam is below :
The criteria for the exam is below :
-> one should pass the 12th with PCM subjects with minimum 60% ( 50% for reserved cast) from any recognized university .
    -> age must be between 17-25 .
-> there are only 2 attempts are allowed to any candidate .

So go for the other exams and give it.

    Good Luck
