i have cleared BA (Hons) English first year through a good regular college. i have not cleared second year and third year. can i complete BA(Hons) English through IGNOU by enroling in second year and and after clearing it doing third year . or will i have to study for three years at IGNOU to get BA (Hons) Eng degree?
